WOW  !!!  I have successfully lost 17 lbs since the end of October.  I am siked !!!!  Go Low Carb.  =)  I lost most of it the first few weeks and not much at all the last few weeks due to the holiday baking but over all I am very pleased.  Mike and I are going away to his holiday party in January to Lake of the Ozarks and I am hoping to be down another 15 lbs.   Life is good...grin.

In other news:  Have you all tried Facebook yet?  I joined last night to check out some friends' pictures and am HOOKED.  I think our entire church is on there !!!   Fun!!!  Heather...get a movin sister!!!  You'll love it.

Hope everyone is gearing up for a great holiday !!  We are having Christmas Eve for my side of the family tomorrow evening and then we go to Mike's moms on Christmas Day.  Mike is off on Friday as well so we will be spending a nice long weekend with him !!!!
