Your Dream Vacation, But

My friend Victor has been given a month to live, give or take.

Tamara writes that he says it's like being given your dream vacation, but you can't ever come back and you can't take anyone with you.

He has another obstruction in his small bowel, a cancer that could be removed by surgery but would only buy him another month or two at best. He's already so weak, he is not going to take the surgery.

This obstruction prevents him from keeping any food down.

Not much else to say.

God, give them the eyes of heaven.
