Today is my son's half-birthday and he wants tacos for supper. We celebrate half-birthdays until our children are 13 years old. My husband thinks I'm crazy, but we have fun with it. Since Hunter's birthday is 5 days after Christmas, I decided to have a little celebration away from the holiday season. Thus, half birthday celebrations began. I bake a cake and cut it in half. Well, he doesn't really like cake, so I'm baking a round brownie, We'll cut it in half and sing Happy Birthday.
Oh, better go check those brownies so they don't burn.
