October 24, 2008 - Is Raising Leaders Only for Younger Students? |
Before I sign up for anything let me ask you what age you are gearing this towards? The way it is worded seems to be for younger families just beginning their homeschool journey. That is definitely not us. I have 2 boys left at home - one 11th grader and one- 8th grader......thank you.

Thanks for asking about our books. My first book, Raising Leaders, Not Followers is an overview of using a leadership education approach to homeschooling. The last part of it is geared towards younger kids (12 & younger). My second book, Teach Your Children "How to Think" with Mentoring is geared toward older kids. It shows parents how to mentor their children by using the Socratic method of dialogue and classic books as a basis for education. It also encourages parents to teach their children how to think critically for themselves with a Biblical worldview in mind.
