Happy Birthday Jocelyn!!!

Today is Jocelyn's Birthday! She is turning 17 today! Jocelyn is one of my best friends! She has helped me a lot. Such as, making me a whole new template and making me a banner! She is really smart with all that kind of stuff. If you want a banner or something like that, just ask JOCELYN! It's too bad we couldn't make it up there for your Birthday. I'm sorry I didn't put a party on for you like everyone else did. We are so busy lately.
Well anyway, I hope you have a great birthday and you see a lot of people. Thank you, Jocelyn, for being a great friend!

Awww, you're so sweet. Thank you so much for posting. I didn't mind a bit it wasn't a "party". I'm glad I'm one of your best friends and I'm sorry too you couldn't make it. I was *so* bummed out. Sigh. : (
