Grant is born!
My sister had her baby last month. Yep, I feel like a horrible Aunt that I haven't bragged on him at all to anyone on here! lol! But he is adorable and looks just like his older brother and sister. He and my sister are doing just great.
Does anyone think that summer is going way too fast? Goodness I've got so many things to do still. I was planning on displaying my photography in my bedroom, but haven't picked out enough pictures to cover the walls. :) And I haven't been very good at keeping up the school work. I had planned on continuing my German course through the summer...but that hasn't gone so well.
But I did have a good softball year. Had quite a few injuries, but none of them kept me from playing. I thought for a while that I had a stress fracture on my heel (isn't that a weird place?), I slid into 2nd base with no sliding pad, therefore having a scab running the length of my shin (that did keep me from sliding), a few other things happened that I won't list and then I still have golfer's elbow from pitching (no, you do not have to play golf to get golfer's elbow). So anyway, sorry to blabber on.

Oh and I'm posting in both story blogs right after this =D

United We Kneel!
Alright, in my personal opinion this is very important. This site is asking people to pray for our nation, the good ole U S of A. It asks for you to set aside July 3rd to pray for our leaders and us as a nation. I accepted without hesitation and was asked to post and tell people about it. So tell everyone you can about it!

Update on the kitchen...pictures! :)
Here are some pictures of the kitchen, I decided to post the pictures from the beginning to present. The cabnet top for the island is coming in next Tuesday, now supposedly this slab of quartz (sp?) is 600 pounds and in our house it's going to be difficult b/c as soon as you enter our front door there are stairs that go strait up to the kitchen. And as soon as they get up the stairs with this 600 slab they're going to have to juggle it to get it on the island, which just so happens to be just a few feet away from the stairs. So how are they going to get the 5' x 7' (at least) top in one piece up the stairs? I've got no idea...but it's not for us to worry about (thank goodness) since the people are installing it, of course my dad is still very worried.
Before destruction:

The wall, well sort of:

Here, the sub floor was laid (which had staple sticking out of them), but niether the ceiling or the wall beside the door has been patched:

Ok, so here the nice wood floor was put down, everything's patched up. It really adds to it doesn't it? Of course the horrible looking cabnet look really bad (they've survived lots of kids banging on them with hammers :)

Of course even at that sage we had something sticking out of the floor!

The island came in five pieces. And the finishing dimentions are 5' x 11' (which is huge compared to most islands, but my mom wanted something really big)

This is what it looks like now. Amazingly even without a counter top we're still able to put school work and who-knows-what-else on the island where the corners meet.

Alright, that's all for now. I hope all those pictures actually show up!

The "worst blogger" award....
I have been THE worst blogger in the history of bad bloggers. However...I do have an excuse as to why I did not reply to comments...I simply did not see them. How? I have NO idea. So I must apologize to WalkinginMiddleEarth, MisterCool, and MrsGamgee. I will be replying to your comments right after this post...then I must reply to the 8 messages that I had after not logging in for about a month (that might take a while).
As for other new...we're almost done remodeling!!!! Yeah! We've got the wood floor down (the nice one..not just the sub floor), and they just put in the island. And since the island doesn't have a cabnet top just it looks like a big 'ole box sitting in the middle of the room...but fastened to the floor. I think we're getting the top in next week.
And another excuse as to why I haven't posted or replied to messages/comments is school. I'm getting the end although Algebra is getting harder in the last two weeks of it and science is getting easier (finally, it's about time).
Well better get to replying to everything *sighs*

Remodeling Pictures...
This is before anything happened...well actually there was some major moving stuff going on, so everything was piled on the wall on the left. The glass door in the back is now gone and a regular door is there now, but I don't have any pictures of that :)
Here is after the walls were gone, it made a huuuuuugggge mess with all that dry wall everywhere. I wonder if breathing all that dry wall dust was harmful.....

And this is what it looks like right now except now the table in the middle is sitting in the kitchen...almost impossible to do school this way...and as you can see the vacuum cleaner is always close at hand. ;-)

Now, after all that, I hope the pictures actually showed up...

Kitchen Remodeling..ugh
Sooo my dad has finally started our kitchen project. He started mid-January and ever since then every single night I get to hear hammers banging from every direction...oh and then there's this thing that I think is called a jigsaw (I might be making that up...I don't remember what it's called! lol!), it's basically a fancy electronic cutting thing, but anyway it's super loud too. So far we've knocked down two walks which made a huge mess and sent lots of drywall dust into the air...that cannot be good for our lungs (I would asume so...?). And just this weekend we took out our carpet to our living room/kitchen/dining room. So now we're walking on wood, and to make things worse there are places where staples are sticking up...and boy do they hurt when you accidently step on one!! And of course we had to move my piano in order to get the carpet out and serious that piano ways a ton and it took my mom, dad, my brother, and I just to roll it a few feet. So yep, that's what we've been up to. And then with daylight savings and all...I'm exhausted...But to end on a good note schools not doing so bad! It's dragging on, but hey, that happens every year!

Time for an entry....
Yep, I thought it was about time i posted again. I've been kind of busy, I say that but now I can't really think of anything that I've been totally booked on. So I guess there's just piano, co-op, school, volunteering and running (my opinion is that I run too much, but others have other ideas)...that might be all. Gosh, now that I just listed them all, it doesn't seem like it's that much...but anywho. Um my sister is having another boy!!! That's exciting! The baby's due in June! I can't think of a lot to say right now. Oh my story...right. I'm doing pretty good on the writing part...but I still haven't been able to type the chapters up and post them. But stick with me!! I WILL get them on here if it's the last thing I do! lol! If you PM me every single day complaining that I don't post enough chapters, *then* I'll do it! So yeah...that's about it!

Another quote...
I don't know what's up with me! But for some reason I've been finding these quotes, so I'm very sorry if you don't like quotes! But here you go:

Awesome saying...
I was surfing around the internet lookin at some stuff when I came across this quote:
"Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it" - Winston Churchill
Since many kids complain about learning history lessons (well lots that I know any way), I recently did an essay on why we should learn about history. In my paper I went on to describe that history could be very useful to the next generation, learning about some of the horrible things that happened in the past (ex. Holocaust, The Great Depression, Dark Ages ect...) could prevent them from happening again. And Winston Churchill described it perfectly I thought!
So I thought I'd share a bit of a history lesson with anybody who cares to read, history is my favorite subject btw! ;-)

Oh goodness...
Well ChristineDaae has reminded me that I haven't posted in...well...forever. It has been since Thanksgiving, hasn't it?? Sooo, I guess I put somethin' here. Let's see, hmmmm, schools back! Yeah, that's not *that* exciting, I was pretty disappointed, I liked having nothing to do on vacation. We started last week, and this week is the first that EVERYTHING comes back, such as piano, choir, co-op, volunteering. Yep, all that good, busy stuff.
In other things...we've been running/walking/pitching/batting every single night at an indoor sports center. And on the nights we don't go, we run here at home...in the cold (and it's really cold here!). And as a result, well my ball has gotten MUCH faster, but my shins are killing me! No kidding! I was ready to die on my last lap last night!
I've been working on my stories more, and I believe I'm going to be getting a Widget soon, so that way you know when I post...which will hopefully be more regular. Maybe I can get in a chapter a week. But which story? Do any of you have a favorite???
Templates...that's right...templates. I'm *going* to be working on a template, but who knows how long that's going to take!!
Well that's all, if I don't post for like a month, somebody PLEASE leave a comment "yelling" at me to post so everybody knows I'm still here ;)

Thanksgiving and 300 comments!!
Yes, I have got to 300 comments!!!!!! Thanks everybody for commenting so much!
Thanksgiving. Well we visited my mom's family first, my two older sisters with their families also came with us. My mom has a very large family, so we always hold it at a local church (yep, it's that big). So from there we went to Missouri to visit my dad's side, and guess what? Both my sisters came too! I was a bit surprised about that b/c my oldest sister has two kids and has one on the way (she's due in June btw), and it's not exactly a short ride, and then if you've ever been to Missouri you would know that there is no flat land, it's all ups and downs and rights and lefts type of thing. But there we went hunting and everybody seemed to enjoy it, even if we were smashed into a house not quite big enough for us. My only mistake was that I went shopping the second day instead of hunting b/c there hasn't really been anything out there......big mistake! Don't ever go shopping with both my sisters and my momther, you'll be there all day.
But that's about all!

a tag and whatever else there is...
Ok first off I got tagged by TnBabyGirl. Now usuall I like tags, but this one is kind of hard I realized! But here goes:
Here's the rules:
Link to the person who tagged you. (sorry idk how!)
Post the rules on your blog. (check)
List 6 unspectacular quirks you have. (hmm...)
Tag 6 bloggers by linking to them (again idk how).
Leave a comment on each blog to let them know they were tagged.
1) I apsolutally canNOT stand having lights on when nobody is using them so I'm constantly going around our house and turning lights off.
2) Ok, this is really hard. Umm...Oh ok. When I find a book I really like I'll read it five times then when I've memorized it I just skim through it and read my favorite parts :)
3) Having wet hand towls to "dry" your hands off in the bathroom! That so annoying, I mean, why have hands towls to "dry" your hands off if it's wet?
4) A while back when we would drive for a long time i would count as far as I could on the little marks in the middle of the road, weird I know. Then I got tired of doing it.
5) Almost done! My dad taught me how to "restart" a board game when you're losing by "accidentally" tripping on the board. lol! I've never tried it though, I'm not sure that was quirky...
6) I will do ANYTHING not to play monopoly! Urrr I hate that game! I will play games all day if I have to in order not to play that.
Ok, and here's the people I tag:
1. EowynDernhelm
2. ChristineDaae
3. fairybookworm
4. Angie05163
5. luckyme

Guess what??????!!!!!!!!!!
My story that I wrote last year for school got PUBLISHED!!!!!!!! I was SO excited!!!!! Here it is if you want to check it out:
Essie’s Watch
Essie opened the mailbox, a mile from her home, and to her excitement she found a small box.
“Oh, how pretty!” Essie exclaimed as she opened the little box that held her new watch. She admired it for only a minute, though, before hopping back on the horse and heading for home. She needed to get home quickly because she still had a few chores to do.
Essie Staten lived on a farm near
Essie loved her home with all her heart, and was very proud of it. Her favorite spot was a little grove of trees right beside the pond. That’s where she spent her free time reading, drawing, and daydreaming about the watch she ordered. She had been selling tins of Cloverine Salve Cure-All from the General Store’s catalogue to earn money for the watch.
She did not have that many fancy things, but when she got one, she treasured it very highly. The watch was very special.
~***~
She ran into the kitchen where her mother had just pulled an apple pie from the oven and was mixing up a cake for the church potluck on Sunday afternoon.
“Look Mama, if finally came in!” she hollered with so much excitement she almost bumped the table over.
“Good heavens child! You have got to be more careful in here! Now let me see the mail.”
Mama took the mail, ignoring the box on purpose, and started looking through the pile.
Essie waited patiently, but her patience was going to run out soon.
Mama saw her anxiety and smiled to herself.
Finally, Mama went back to mixing the cake and Essie tapped her on the arm.
“Oh yes, what was it that you wanted me to look at Essie?” She could not help it any longer; she let out a big laugh!
Essie did not think it was so funny but played along. She put on the watch and showed it to her mother.
“Oh my! That is one fancy watch for such a little girl.”
“Oh Mama, I’m almost fourteen and a lot of the other girls have fancy things!”
“I know! I’m just teasin’ you. But still my little baby girl is growin’ up so fast!”
Essie was the youngest and her mother never let her forget it!
She had two older siblings, George, who was the oldest, and Garnet who Essie always looked up to.
“Just remember, don’t wear it to school. Between the horse and the play yard who knows what would happen to it. Now go gather the eggs, I need to finish this cake.”
Essie went to her room that she shared with Garnet and laid it on top of her dresser with great care.
“How I wish I could wear it to school. I would show it to all the other kids and get a lot of attention and some respect,” she thought to herself.
She went outside to the henhouse.
“This is the worst job there ever could be!” she decided as the chickens started pecking at her legs. But it did not bother her as much as usual because she was thinking about what she would wear with her new watch to church tomorrow.
~***~
The next day, as she was looking in the mirror, Garnet yelled up to her.
“Essie it’s time to go!!!!”
“I’m comin’!!!!!!!!” she yelled back a little agitated.
“Garnet spends just as much time in the mirror as I am now, but then again she got up an hour before me,” she concluded.
“What are you wearing, Essie?” asked Dad as the whole family got into the carriage.
“Didn’t Mama tell you, my watch finally came in.” she answered.
“It’s awfully pretty for a girl your age, but it is the only piece of jewelry that you own so it is okay. But make sure you don’t grow up too fast!” he said with a laugh as he looked at her and then Mama.
~***~
On Monday morning Garnet and Essie were getting dressed for school.
“We better hurry up Essie, or we’ll be late,” cried Garnet.
“Yeah, I know, I’m hurryin’!” she grumbled as she stared at her new watch.
“Oh how I wish I could wear that watch!” she thought. “Okay, I’m just going to wear it today, just to show my friends. Nobody will tell on me and Mama will never find out,” she decided as she was interrupted by her mother.
“Essie, Garnet, you better get going!!!”
“Comin’ Mama!” they both called.
Essie slipped her watch into her pocket and hurried down the stairs with Garnet.
Essie rode her horse a little slower than Garnet and George until she was far enough behind to stop and put on her watch.
“Whoa, Trixie,” she exclaimed.
She slipped the watch on and rode faster to catch back up.
~***~
She hopped off Trixie and ran inside the small red schoolhouse just as the bell was being rung.
“Okay class, as many of you probably know, today we have pictures. So please go see Mr. Hunt to get your instructions. Boys on this side and the girls on the other please,”
Essie lined up with the girls.
“Now girls, you are going to sit at the table and put one hand on top of the other like so. Got it?” Mr. Hunt instructed as he crossed his hands to demonstrate.
“Yes sir,” the girls replied as they checked one another’s hair.
Essie’s friend, Ivy, helped her fix her barrette. She was very happy she did, too. Now she would look nice for her picture. She was also glad she had chosen the hair style she had worn that day.
~***~
A week later Essie rode to the mailbox and found a large envelope addressed to her.
“I wonder what this is,” she pondered as she hastily opened it. The excitement she had soon turned to horror as she saw her school pictures in the envelope and on her wrist was the watch that she had been forbidden to wear to school.
“Oh no!!!!!!!!!!!! I totally forgot that I had the watch on when I had my picture taken! What will Mama say?” she asked herself with dread.
~***~
At home she walked into the dining room to find her mother folding laundry.
“Here’s the mail, Mama,” she replied softly.
“What’s wrong, Essie?” she asked with concern.
“You’ll see when you open the envelope,” she replied. It was too painful to even say what was inside.
Her mother opened the envelope. It took her only a moment to realize what had happened. She put the envelope down on her lap and looked at Essie.
“I’m sorry Mama, I just wanted to show all the school girls my new watch,” she whispered as a tear rolled down her cheek.
“I know, but you do know you have to have a talkin’ to by Dad, don’t you?”
“Yes, Mama,” she said with dread.
For Essie a good talkin’ to was worse than a whippin’ any day.
~***~
Mama set Essie’s school picture on the fireplace mantel along with George and Garnet’s. Essie looked at it often and always remembered the time she had disobeyed Mama.
But anywho, nothing else going on. Just school...and more school...and more school. I think High School is finally starting to pile on me. History and science have been my two most time consuming subjects. I've enjoyed my history at least. Science...well not so much. Some if it is interesting, but memorizing all these phylums (I'm taking biology this btw) that I can't even say has been kind of annoying!
Hmm, I'm going hunting this weekend, first time of the season! I'm pretty excited, season started at the beginning of November and ever since I've been wanting to get out there!
Oh and I've been a horrible blogger latly, so I'll have to get better at posting in my blogs more often!

Hmmm, lets see....
Not much goin' on. School and co-op (first year and i LOVE it!!!!!). Soccer on the weekends, piano/choir during the week. I've been volunteering at a local vet, that has been pretty cool! And then I'm counting down the days until our vacation! We leave exactly a week from today. Which is next Friday. We're going to Auburn, Alabama for the football game, I am sooo excited! I love their accent, and it's so catchy too! After a week in the south I have their accent, don't know how, must be b/c of my dad. Anywho after a weekend in Alabama we're going to Florida for a whole week!!!! I cannot wait, we havn't had school for that long, and I'm already super tired of it! Well that's all, I thought I'd throw in a post since I was doing nothing for once!
Oh wait, I have started two other blogs: The Adventures of Jordan and Adelina (my current story, although I HATE the title of the blog, so DO NOT START CALLING IT THAT!!!!) and then the other one has no title yet, it is a new story that popped into my head and before I knew it I had the entire story mapped out, weird huh? So if you would please stop by =)

Long time no post!!!
Ok, I've not posted in quite a while, I suppose it's time to. But nothing very dramatic has happened...oh wait something did (it just popped into my head)!!! We saw John McCain! Well I didn't I had to leave my mom and my grandfather did!! They went and saw him and Sarah Palin at a baseball field like right around the corner from where my aunt lives! My dad and I had to leave b/c we had to go watch my cousins football games. But yeah that's practically all that has happened, and I guess school started.
The Auburn Tigers have had kind of an odd season so far even though they've played only two games. They won both, they were playing nobody teams, but they should've beaten them by a lot more than they should've. Kodi Burns and Chris Todd are our two QBs. But Kodi Burns in the first game got stiches in his leg from a seven inch cut by someone else's helmet!! Isn't that kinda crazy??? He's alright but now Chris Todd is the starting QB.
And then I have a tag from MrDarci:
What is your favorite book of the Bible? I like Nehemiah
What are you most afraid of? Um getting hit in the face with a softball while pitching in a game, I got hit in the shin last year and havn't really recovered from that one!
What makes you the maddest? When people leave lights on! Drives me nuts!
What do you think is the worst kind of evil? Evil is evil (my mom helped me answer that one!)
What would be considered your theme song? I don't think I have one
If you had to choose a villian to team up with, who would it be? I thought on that one and I really have no idea!
Do you think this Tag was creepy? I have to agree with MrDarci that last question was really weird!
Ok and I tag:

Chapter 5 and other stuff...
Lets see first of all I would like to mention that my little brother has now started a blog, his username is tigerfan1. So he would be really happy if you would "friend" him and comment him. Thanks!
OK next about what's been goin' on. Well not much. Other than VBS and me having to take over b/c my mom had emergency surgery! That was all very, very eventful and well down right crazy. But yeah she had her gall bladder removed two days before VBS started. It was unexpected and her being the director I had to take over b/c I was the only who knew what was goin' on and what else there was to do. But thankfully VBS went smoothly and she is feeling MUCH better!
Oh and I COMPLETELY lost my voice, I don't know how, but it's totally gone and it sounds like a frog is stuck in my throat =/ not cool.
And now for the chapter, it's finally a "long" one:
Chapter 5-More Troubles
“Here are some more books
“Oh those are my favorite kind, about the knights, thank you very much!”
“’Tis small favor, but you’re welcome all the same,” he walked off.
It was sunny and warm, but a cool breeze hit his face and ruffled his hair.
It had been six years since they had landed here and the little village had grown. It was still considered part of Bamburgh, but now had smith and small places that sold different sorts of food.
He saw Adelina in the smith, and ran over there.
“Adelina, I got more books!” he called.
“Ooh, I’ve been looking forward for more!” she said eagerly.
“Hello, can I help you with somethin’?” asked a boy about their age. He had blonde hair and the bluest eyes Adelina had ever seen.
“Um yes, thank you. I need this mended,” Adelina said as she held up a harness for the horse. It had torn apart from use in one place. She handed it to him.
“Okay, it won’t take too long if you want to stay. By the way, my name is Fabian, my father owns this place,” he said.
“Nice to meet you Fabian, I’m Adelina and this is my friend Jordan,” she answered pointing to herself then Jordan.
Fabian went into the back and told his father about the harness then came back.
“So where do you come from? Obviously by your accent you’re not from around here,” asked Fabian.
“We’re from
“Born and raised on the outskirts of
They carried on their conversation for a little while when Fabian’s father gave Adelina the fixed harness.
“Her you go ma’am,” he said.
Both Adelina and Jordan had grown, they were now both 16.
She thanked him then paid him.
“So do you mend things?” asked
“I actually make and mend swords, it’s my specialty. My father mostly does farm supplies,” replied Fabian.
“That’s really cool! I’ve always wanted to work with swords,” said
“Yeah, I really like it,”
“Are you skilled at fighting with a sword?”
“I practice with it whenever I have time!” Fabian said proudly.
“I envy you! I wish I could do that instead of farming. How good are you? And be honest,”
“Well, honestly,” he started, making sure he used ‘honest’, “I practice so much I can’t really tell you. I’m not good at all with farm supplies like Father, and that’s all the work around here. Although that’s going to change because I’ve got to start helping out with all the work around here. But I’d have to brag that I’m pretty darn good.”
“Do you practice against others?”
“Do you?” he asked with eagerness, “I haven’t found anybody!”
“Yes I do actually, but I don’t think my skills could match yours!”
“Ah come on! I would just be happy fencing with anybody, no matter how bad you are!” he teased.
Jordan laughed at that remark.
“No, sorry, but I’m still working and this is the heat of the entire planting season because of the harvest,” he said regretfully.
“Yeah, I know what yah mean. That’s about the 15th harness brought in today,” he said pointing to the harness Adelina was holding, “You guys really abuse those things!”
“Well they do a lot of work!” Adelina said.
They talked for a while longer and became good friends, having much in common.
“I need to get home,” said Adelina looking at the sun.
“Yeah my ma will be wonderin’ where I am,” said Fabian.
Jordan started walking home with Adelina.
“So what’s your father going to do after everything’s harvested?” asked Jordan.
“Just like every year,” she said surprised he asked he knew what he would do: nothing. “I’m starting to worry,” she told him in a troubled tone.
“Is that something new?” he asked sarcastically, then seeing her face he said “I’m sorry, but really you need to lean on God further.”
She nodded.
“Will you finish walking me home Jordan?” she asked.
He looked at her seriously and saw her frightened eyes. He had known her his entire life and never seen her like this.
“What’s wrong Adelina?” he asked with much concern. He even stopped her, stood in front of her, and stared into her eyes.
“I think you ought to see for yourself.”
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They walked up the dirt path. It was late afternoon and still warm outside. There were wildflowers still scattered in the lush, green grass. And it smelt like that wonderful summer smell. Although they both knew it wouldn’t last much longer.
They had to expect the hard winter that was staring them in the face.
Immediately though the beautiful scenery was ruined by the noise of things crashing, it was coming from the barn.
They both started to head for the barn when Adelina’s father stepped out.
He wasn’t in very good shape. He had dirt on a shirt that looked like he hadn’t changed for a few weeks. His thin dark hair was sticking to different directions.
“What are you looking at!?!?!?!!!!!!” he screamed at them. He then walked into the house and they heard more crashing.
They walked into the barn.
It was a very small barn. The only thing inside it was the horse and other supplies. There was also a part of the barn that was covered with bags of feed for the animals.
They sat on a trunk near where the horse was kept.
“What’s happened to him?” asked Jordan with a confused look.
“Well that’s one of the reasons I’ve been going to fix everything, not that I actually need it that bad, but to get away from him. He’s been in a bad mood ever since we got here so long ago, but just a few months ago he came up the path shouting and stumbling in the middle of the night. He was coming from Bamburgh. I watched him for a while and then he fell right outside the door,” she paused for a moment, “I went to try and help him and when I got to him, he pushed me away. Jordan, he had been drinking.”
His face showed astonishment.
“He always leaves right before dinner and comes home very early in the morning.”
“Does he working during the day?” Jordan asked.
“Little,” she answered. Tears were now running down her cheeks, no matter how hard she tried not to let them fall.
He grabbed her hand. But as soon as he touched the inside of her palm, pain gripped at his heart. For his eyes saw Adelina’s scab covered and blistered hand.
“Oh Adelina!” he said barely able to keep his many emotions under control. He felt anger, pain, and worry. But he checked himself before saying, “Why didn’t you tell me before?”
“It wasn’t a problem until a few weeks ago when he stopped working. Jordan, he’s always been cold against me, but he has never ever abused me.”
“What?” he asked almost angrily.
Adelina knew Jordan. He wouldn’t go off and do something he would later regret like she herself would do.
She clung to him, her hair flinging with her, and started crying uncontrollably. They stayed like that for a while.
“What do you mean by ‘abuse’?” he asked in a whisper.
He was very concerned now about her safety, but kept calm. He had been thinking about how to help her, but he knew how stubborn Adelina was, she wouldn’t’ accept any help at all.
Her head was on his shoulder; she put her lips up to his ear and whispered so low he could barely hear her, “He hit me with the whip.”
Jordan said nothing, to make sure his temper wouldn’t get the best of him. This ordeal was going to make his decision even harder to tell Adelina. So he didn’t ever say anything.
The crickets came out on one of the last warm summer nights, they both heard them as they sat there in the barn.
I hope you enjoyed the new character, Fabian. And please comment!
ok....
This is pretty funny...
You Know You Live In 2008 When:
1.) You accidentaly enter your password on a microwave.
2.) You haven't played solitare with real cards for years.
3.) The reason for not staying in touch with your friends is they don't have a screenname or a myspace.
4.) You'd rather look all over the house for the remote instead of just pushing the buttons on the TV.
6.) Your boss doesn't even have the ability to do your job.
7.) As you read this list, you keep nodding and smiling.
8.) As you read this list, you think about sending it to all your friends.
9.) And you were too busy to notice number 5.
10.) You scrolled back up to see if there was a number 5.
11.) Now you are laughing at yourself stupidly.
12.) Put this in your page if you fell for that, and you know you did.
my 4th of July!!!
I had a lot of fun this 4th of July. We went to Missouri to visit family, which we hadn't done for a while. But it was partly because my great-grandmother (well we call her Granny actually) turned 90, so we had a big birthday party for her!
But we went to see the fire works and were almost late, so we were walking around trying to find a place where there weren't any trees in the way! Since my grandfather lives on the Missouri River they were shooting them off from the other side. There's also a rail road track right beside the river, so we sat right behind it on these extra tracks that were just stacked up. We had been sitting there for like 2 minutes (remember we had been walking around for a good 5 minutes!) and all of a sudden we head a train whistle! So we all hurry and get out of the way, b/c the train would've been like 3-5 feet in front of us, so we waited 5 MORE minutes before the train got out of the way. We couldn't really see the fireworks during that time b/c of the train. So after it passed, we could sit back down, but everybody was kind of looking around a lot just to make sure another train wasn't coming from the other direction, and if it had it would have been literally a foot in front of us.
But it was a pretty awesome 4th.
