Awesome saying...
I was surfing around the internet lookin at some stuff when I came across this quote:
"Those that fail to learn from history, are doomed to repeat it" - Winston Churchill
Since many kids complain about learning history lessons (well lots that I know any way), I recently did an essay on why we should learn about history. In my paper I went on to describe that history could be very useful to the next generation, learning about some of the horrible things that happened in the past (ex. Holocaust, The Great Depression, Dark Ages ect...) could prevent them from happening again. And Winston Churchill described it perfectly I thought!
So I thought I'd share a bit of a history lesson with anybody who cares to read, history is my favorite subject btw! ;-)
