This is a great tip, I do my bananas this way and never even thought of doing strawberries like this. Wish I had waited until today to freeze my extra strawberries, then I could have un-stuck ones.....

Great tip! I love "flash freezing" things for the freezer! Makes life easier when working in the kitchen! Doing this with green pepper and onion slices for fajitas works well too! :) Thanks for sharing! http://glimpseofsonshine.blogspot.com
