Beginning Our Journey

Pumpkin Patch 2008 and First Tooth Lost.

Posted in Raising Kids
Oh what a day.
First, we went to the Pumpkin Patch. This was sort of sentimental as one year ago we went to this pumpkin patch on a Sunday. That was our last day out before Tristan got sick. A year. I cannot believe it is that time again.
We had a really nice day. It was not very busy at ALL. We had no lines and the weather was very nice.

Then... the way home... it started. "mommy, can I have a mirror?" Sure honey... why? Well... her tooth was bleeding! URGH... the screaming and crying. The rest of the way home. Oh my oh my. You would have thought someone cut off her arm.
Then at home -  no daddy. do not touch it.
And it went on - for hours

and when daddy wiggled it, it FELL out. Oh how mad she was at him!!!!

But half and hour later -she was very proud! And she has been telling everyone she sees or can call~

Linda, this brings back so many memories of me
trying to get a loose tooth out of your mouth. Have
patience. There will be many more days like this,
at least for the first few teeth.

I am sending her to YOUR house! Actually it just made ME laugh. But it was VERY stressful keeping Justin seeing the "bright side" He was not as patient as you were... although if I think back... you were not very keen on my loose teeth either!

awwe... the pics of the children are great! Julia got sick to the stomach when her first tooth was almost ready to come out, she was so nervous... but once it actually was out she was so excited. The second tooth that got loose, she would not let it go til it was out the same day.

Don't they grow up fast?
