Beginning Our Journey

Mar. 10, 2006

Do you like the new look in here?

Ok - spent WAY too much time today playing with my blog... Now I need to do something about my Blah Homesteader blog...

My daughter just called me at work. She informed me that when I get home I get to play "Mother May I" with her. Oh I LOVE having my mom watch my kids while I work. Because she remembers all the things she used to teach us and then shows my kids how. I love it. I would have never thought to teach Alyssa "Mother May I." For one, you need more than two people to play and Tristan is not old enough. Mom got on the phone and informed me she was DONE playing and I was doing it when I got home. (Oh the joys of how kids do not mind repitition over and over and over) I said don't you need more people? I got an exhausted YES! from mom. ha ha ha. So that will be my evening tonight.

What about you? What are you doing tonight?

I like your new look! A for what I am doing this evening, Katy and I are going for another evening of bobbin lace making. We have each made a bookmark and a butterfly so far. I have no idea what tonight's project will be, but I know we will enjoy it. It's fun having a daughter who is old enough to do these "grown-up" craft classes with me!

Love the new look! Where do you find all the cool backgrounds? I did a search but only came up with boring, plain ones.

Spill, spill!! Of course I'm going to have to wait until monday before you can answer. Wahhh!!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog... so glad you'll be joining us on March 13th in honor of Missey. I'll be doing a follow post to find out how everyone's day went, so be sure to stop back on Tuesday.

I plan on bringing out the clay and sculpting the whole week with the kids! It's something I LOVE to do and would love to have my children know that about me.

Blessings to you and yours,
Amy
