One of the hardest lessons I have learned is to train my children to be organized.  Probably that is because it doesn't come easily for me either.  But, I developed this weekly planner page for the children to use.  It helps them stay on top off their work and even plan for the busy days better.  This may seem silly and a waste of time.  The use of this tool has actually helped my children to develop the habit of organization which has helped in other areas of their life as well.  It's available at
