Brrrr....I'm cold just thinking about it! You're such a trooper! I think I might have a bad attitude about having to hang my clothes outside in such cold weather! I have a VERY low tolerance to cold! I'm very humbled by your good attitude...I know mine wouldn't be the same...hope your dryer gets fixed soon!

Bless you, I know how hard it is to not have a working dryer (and washer). A year or so ago both of mine quit within a couple of weeks of each other. *sigh* Hope your's is up and running again, soon! Thanks for visiting my blog!
Have a wonderful week,
-Heather

The only good thing about your dryer being broken, is that it's not your washer! ;-) My dryer broke last winter so I was hanging clothes all over my basement.

Oh my, I bet those are some cold clothes that come in off the line! I hope your dryer is fixed soon - it's one of my favorite inventions too, along with my dishwasher... Happy Tuesday! :)

I say that you are one brave woman. We live in a warmer climate, and I do love the nice balmy days we have been having. Perfect weather for hanging out laundry.
We never know how much we appreciate something until we don't have it. Hoping that hubby fixes that dryer for you!

...of when we lived in Maine and I would hang the cloth diapers outside even in the winter. Brrrr...it was cold! I hope your dryer is fixed soon!

I can totally relate! My dryer was out a couple of summers ago. I had no line and had to fill every doorway w/ clothing on hangers to dry. I don't miss those days.
Thanks for stopping by.

I'm so glad to hear that you're having a good pregnancy this time! I know I"m posting this under a blog note about laundry, but in reading back on your blog entries, I just have to say that I love the name "Tobias" as a biblical name, and we would chose it except for the fact that in our church that name is in use already...anyways, that's my vote for that name for you!
Sorry, we're drawing blanks on good biblical names also... all the best in the search!

I hang clothes on my line because I love the freshness of them - and I have a dryer. Of course when my dryer is broken, it gets old real fast. Here's to the freedom to have the choice. Today is chilly here - 60- so I will be using the line!

Oh Beckie...I hope your dryer is fixed by now. I went without a dryer for a few weeks (in March a few years ago). Ours started on fire and was not repairable. That stunk, but it was my own fault I had to wait so long. My hubby wanted to go buy a new one, but I was being stubborn and would only get a new one if he would buy me a new front loading set. He finally caved, and I am so glad I held my ground!
