Tackle it Tuesday
Posted in Tackle it Tuesday
This week I have been nesting.
It's about time, too, since I have done absolutely nothing up to this point to get ready for our newest Little Ebling.
Everything needs to be cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, washed, scrubbed, and shined. Nothing can be left undone.
Of course, the Little Eblings are all still asleep this morning, so I can't take photos of what has been done already. I will share lots of nesting photos next week!!
All of the Eblings, big and little, will be participating in the Mommy Nesting Experience.
Our list of things done OR to be done:
- Living room
- Dining room / homeschool room
- Sitting room
- Kitchen
- Main floor bathroom
- Main floor hallway
- Chloie's bedroom & bathroom
- Malakai's bedroom & bathroom
- Abbie and Phoebie's bedroom & bathroom
- Ike and Gabe's bedroom & bathroom
- My bedroom & bathroom - bassinet cleaned and in place; baby clothes washed and ready.
- Upstairs hallway
- Attic playroom
- Infant stuff cleaned and ready - baby swing, car seat, etc...
I am sure that I will add to the list as I think of other things that need to be done.
This morning I have an even yuckier tackle. I have a wisdom tooth that is giving me trouble and I have to go to the dentist to have it looked at. Seven years ago I had another wisdom tooth giving me trouble -- I had just had a baby a few weeks before that and was nursing -- and had to have both left wisdom teeth extracted with only novocaine. That was terrible!! Please pray that I am able to put off getting my right wisdom teeth extracted until after the baby comes. Thanks!
What are you tackling this week?

The house looked great when I was there the other day.
Praying for you today with this nasty tooth.

I can totally relate. I had a similar list not too long ago. ;-) I hope that you can get more done than I did. I almost feel like I am doing more nesting now that he is here. LOL If he sleeps (outside of my arms), I run around picking up everything and cleaning/doing laundry like a crazy woman!
I pray that this tooth will behave itself! Having to have any of that stuff done when you are PG or nursing is just not cool.
