Jun. 8, 2009 - Not Much Time

Grace has been sick all weekend. First thing this morning, I called the doctor to get an appointment for her. The receptionist asked if 10:15 would do,and I said sure. We live quite a ways from our Pediatrician's office, and as I hung up the phone, my mind is thinking of everything that I needed to get done before we had to leave...in 15 minutes. As I'm rushing through the house gathering shoes with a toothbrush sticking out of my mouth, calling for Grace to quickly get ready, I'm thinking, "Not much time! What all do I need to do?!? What else can I do while I'm doing ____????"

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I believe that Jesus' return is very, very close. We, as Christians, need to be rushing around with the mental and spiritual attitude that "There's not much time!!". We need to double up on our witnessing and serving, for in serving, we witness also. I'm sure you, as well as myself, have family members who will burn in a literal hell if they die without Christ as their personal Savior. Hurry!
~~~~~~~~

Hurry!

~~~~~~~~
There's not much time!!
So true. I know many people around us who believe that the signs of the time show that His coming is not far off.
I know I told you I would email you, but my time and mind have been very....ummm.....occupied.....scattered. I explained some of it on a post tonight.
Love you, and hope you're doing well. What did the dr. say about your daughter?
I long for His return. The quicker the better, as far as I am concerned. Thank you for your kind comment. Have a great rest of your week. I hope your daughter is feeling better.
About Me
Welcome to my place to ramble, witness, and vent (occasionally). Hopefully you'll enjoy yourself while you're here. I believe we need to seize the moments that God gives us. We never know which ones will be our last.
