This week is a busy one, as we are beginning practice for SOCCER... So we have 2 practices this week plus baseball... So, a quick meal week for us...

Monday:  Hot Dogs, Fries, Kool-Aid  

Tuesday: Pancakes, Scrambled Eggs, Bacon (we love breakfast for supper at our house)

Wednesday: Garlic Tomato Chicken with pasta, salad, garlic cheese bread, ice tea

Thursday: Chili Pie... (Using Jiffy cornbread mix, left-over chili from the freezer, and cheese), ice tea 

Friday: Sandwiches (going to "Casting Crowns" concert)...YEAH!!!

This week we are studying France and I am trying to incorporate some "French" food into our menu... I got this great Emeril cookbook from Amazon, called "There's a Chef in my World"...I love it!!!

Monday: Bacon CheeseBurgers, Homemade Potato Chips,

Tuesday: Chili

Wednesday: Omelettes, Hot Chocolate (both from FIAR cookbook), and a Fruit Galette (from Emeril)

Thursday: Eat at Church

Friday: Crepes (from FIAR cookbook), Fruit, Orange Juleps

Ok... This is yet another busy week at our house... Sometimes it seems that I have trouble getting dinner on the table even when I have planned for it... *L*

We try to go out only once a week for meals and usually it is the night that we are the busiest or preferably on the weekend...*S*

So here's our menu for this week..

Monday: Texas Roadhouse...kidlets have soccer evaluations for Upward Soccer, so we are just gonna make a night of it...

Tuesday: Tex-Mex Pasta Skillet (from Menus 4 Moms),  Cheesy Garlic biscuits, salad

Wednesday: Pigs in a Blanket (beef dogs rolled in crescent dough and baked), BBQ Baked Beans, corn on the cob

Thursday: Chili (slow cooker meal while we are at co-op)

Friday: soup and sandwiches...(scrap night)

MENU PLAN MONDAY  

Monday: Lasagna, salad

Tuesday: kicking off our study of Japan with dinner at Miyabi's Japenese Steak House

Wednesday: Seasoned beef tips, rice medley, and Italian bread

Thursday: Pulled -Pork Barbecue Sandwiches, oven fries, iced tea

Friday: Taco Dogs (hot dogs with refried beans, taco sauce and melted cheee on top), chips, fruit, kool-aid (basketball practice)

Monday: Beef Stew and grilled cheese sandwiches

Tuesday: Sweet and Sour Chicken, chicken fried rice with peas and carrots

Wednesday: eat out (going to a Vols basketball game, this time to see the men play)

Thursday: Taco Soup with fried tortillas

Friday: Hamburgers, home fries, and something sweet for dessert...

This is going to be a busy week as tomorrow is my DD's 5th birthday and we have alot of activities planned for this week...

Monday:  Eating out, we're going to a Lady Vols game...

Tuesday: DD's Birthday - her special meal.... "Gravy and BIscuits", bacon, eggs... Birthday cake!!!

Wednesday: Chicken Noodle Soup and Sandwiches

Thursday: Baked Chicken, garlic roasted potatoes, asparagus, yeast rolls, and tea

Friday: Birthday Party!!!  

Monday: Sandwiches on homemade bread, apple sauce, and milk...(DH is not going to be home for supper)

Tuesday:  Spaghetti, salad, garlic bread, iced tea

Wednesday: French Toast, bacon, (we love "breakfast" for dinner)

Thursday: Crockpot Chicken, rice, garlic bread, iced tea

Friday: Layered tacos with fixings, chocolate chip cookies (made by the kidlets)

Monday:  Pork Chops, Apple Cornbread Stuffing, Buttered Noodles, Tea,

Tuesday: Tuna Noodle Casserole, Salad, Chocolate Cake for Dessert, Tea

Wednesday: Tomato Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (church might)

Thursday: Crockpot Chicken Cacciatore

Friday: Kids Meal (kids choice and they help make it) Crispy Chicken Tenders, Parmesean Potato Wedges, Chocolate Cake...

Snacks this week: Homemade Potato Chips, Rainforest Pizzas (rice cakes with peanut butter, dried tropical fruit, chocolate chips)

Update:

Now, I am going to being making bread this week... Something I rarely do... If anyone has a favorite bread recipe they would love to share (machine or oven) I would love to try it!!

Tuesday: Beef Stew in the slow cooker,  homemade yeast rolls, iced tea

Wednesday: Beef Stew (strained and served over rice) , Texas Toast, iced tea (choir practice)

Thursday: Breakfast for Dinner... Homemade waffles, eggs, bacon, and mint chocolate-chip ice cream for dessert... (the kids favorite meal now)

Friday: out for dinner

This week is Thanksgiving week, so we are taking it light... *L*

• Monday : Scrambled Eggs with polish sausage and mushrooms
• Tuesday : Taco Soup with Flour Tortilla chips, Lemonade
• Wednesday : Sandwiches before church
• Thursday : TURKEY DAY!!
• Friday : Left-over from Turkey Day and snacks with hot chocolate...(YUMMY) 

Turkey Day Menu : Smoked Turkey, Mashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Casserole, Green Beans. Stuffing, Yeast Rolls, Iced Tea, Pumpkin Roll and Apple Pie... YUMMY!!!

Monday : Chili with toppings, and ice tea

Tuesday : Left-over chili (DH will be the only one home then)

Wednesday : Pizza with friends before "Trick or Treating"

Thursday : Macaroni and Cheese soup (Pampered Chef recipe), french bread, ice tea

Friday : Greek Turkey Burgers (using pitas and ground turkey), garlic oven fries, ice tea
