Okay, so I was watching a football game yesterday and I got this “I want something cold and kind of Chocolaty” feeling! :) So I went in the kitchen and found a recipe for this:

It was scrumptiously delicious!
Here is how you make it!
1-1/2 to 2 cups ice water
1-1/2 cups nonfat dry milk powder
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 1-1/2 trays of ice cubes, as much as you can spare
2 tablespoons corn oil plus a 5-second squirt of non-stick spray for emulsification purposes
Place all of the ingredients into the blender, including the oil and the non-stick spray. Use less water for thicker milk shakes and more water for shakes that are easy on your blender motor. The blender should be about 3/4’s full. Place the lid on. Process for a full 2 minutes. Pour into cups and serve. Makes 4 - 12oz servings. It is really good!!

love fall! This weather is SO wonderful!! I just LOVE it! It feels so good here with the window open! Who else loves fall? :) Here is a picture I took last fall! :) It isn't a very good picture...I just love the color of the leaves! :)

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I'll be fine. It's been like 6 days...I'm still paranoid because every time I have to cough or any time any part of my body hurts even a teeny bit I freak out. And the swine flu is moving north! It's in WV where my aunt and uncle live. There's like 10 kids sick and home from school because of it. It's crazy and I wish it would go away.
Right now the weather is really cool...I have the office window open and it's blowing in on me...ahh :)

Yes! I love that song but that was the best one I could find...everybody else sang it even weirder! Oh, the other day I had a dream that we were at GreenPeppermint's biology class but they were having it in the woods (for some strange reason, lol, Eric and Jefferey were doing it too also!) So we went in the woods and he told everybody to go off in the woods by their selves and study...so we walked up to Jeffery and he told us to go away because he was studying...it was weird. I know...! It's so crazy... my mom and I were looking at our calendar for the rest of 2009 and almost every single day we are doing something. Making cookies... setting up the tree... all that fun stuff! I absolutely love this time of the year... although it is always so busy. :)
