I love Easter! It has to be my all time favorite celebration. Thank you, Christ for dying on the cross for ME. Thank you for defeating death. Thank you for forgiving my sins and allowing me to have eternal life by believing on you. Thank you for everything. I need a bigger word than thank you. I need to a word that encompasses how I feel when I reflect on the cross, reflect on my sins, realize there is no way I should be forgiven, and then reflect on the powerful love of God and the blood of the lamb and the gift of the Holy Spirit. I am overwhelmed.
Help me, dear Father, to always see the cross.

Being on the road with a sick child, I feel like I missed Easter this year. But thankfully, I haven't missed Jesus and His mercy and grace and wonderful salvation. Happy belated easter!
