FOR TODAY, Ocotber 14 2008...(Yes I know it's really a Tuesday, but it feels like a Monday to me.)
Outside My Window...is 75 degrees. It's very windy outside and smokey. The fires are about 7 miles away. I hope they can get them out soon.
I am thinking... that I need to take the library books back today, catch up on laundry and other chores. It will be a light homeschooling day. So much to do when getting back from vacation.
I am thankful that we had a wonderful trip up north and that we came home safe. Thank God!
From the kitchen...the kids are having a late breakfast of oatmeal. I need to go grocery shopping today.
I am wearing...jeans and a tturquoise blue top..
I am creating...organization. DH kept the house very neat while I was gone, but I need to reorganize, unpack and get caught up.
I am going...nowhere I can think of right now.
I am hoping...that I'll be able to get back into the swing of things later on today.
I am hearing...the kids chatter while they eat their breakfast.
Around the house...there are a few things to be picked up and lots of laundry and bathrooms to be wiped down. DH bought me a Yankee Candle with a scent called Havest Wreath or something like that. It smell so good.
A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: are to get everything back into order and get school back into it's swing. My birthday is this Friday. No plans that I know of at this point. I have missed DH so much over the last 4 days so I'm hoping we can spend sometime together.
