A New Year!

Wow!  Another year has come and gone.  I wonder where the time goes. 

Yesterday we spent a wonderful afternoon with friends.  Chapmans, Primers and Donnerbergs came over and we had a time of sweet fellowship and good food!  There were, let me see, 8 adults and 24 children ranging in age from 19 months to 17 years.  We had a houseful!  We missed McKinneys, but with baby Connor being less than a week old, it was just too many people for them to come down. 

We had soup and bread and dessert and what a spread of food!  Italian soup that had sausage and meatballs, tortellini, and vegetables, Navy bean soup with ham, homemade french bread, and some delicious looking breads from the bakery.  And the desserts!  Coffee cake, apple pie, berry pie, pumpkin pie, cookies, and chocolate cake with carmel filling and chocolate chips topping it!  Are you hungry yet?   One thing about it, when our group gets together, there is *no* shortage of food!
