I don't know if I have ever shared that before I met my husband he was a COOK at "The Brown Derby", which was a yummy steak, chicken and seafood restaurant? Friday he decided to make me a special dinner and kept it a secret until I ruined it with a million questions while he prepared it.
Introducing GREEK Chicken......,

And Yellow Rice.....,

Recipe for GREEK CHICKEN:
Boneless/skinless chicken Breast
Block of Feta Cheese
Cooked Bacon
Lowry's Lemon Pepper Glaze
1) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
2) Pound each piece of chicken to a thin and even consistency. (use a meat hammer and wax paper)
3) Slice Feta cheese block and place slices near one side.
4) Add cooked Bacon.
5) Roll up and place in greased pan with flap down.
6) Cover in Lowry's Lemon/Pepper Marinade and let sit for at least 30 mins. (the longer the better though)
7) Bake for approx 30-45 mins. Until chicken is nice and white with browned edges.
