I just received this program last week. When it came it was missing some of the books and it was hard to get a "feel" for the program while waiting for the rest of the shipment. I have been feeling hesitant, worrying that maybe this wouldn't work for me? I worried that it was too much crafts, prep, art, but tonight I sat down with ALL the books and read through a couple of weeks of lesson plans. I felt MUCH better after doing so and figured out a system that I think will work well for us.
Here is a picture of the weekly lesson plan.
As you can see WP has divided each of the area's. My goal is to use my guide and read vertically rather than horizontally.
Monday's we will do "ALPHABET & PHONICS"
Tuesday's we will do "MATH SKILLS"
Wednesday we will do "SCIENCE PLAY"
Thursday we will do "ART & CREATIVITY"
Everyday we will "BIBLE TIME"
