I Didn't Meet My First Goal

...that is, the goal to start my new health plan on January 1st. The health food store is a one hour drive away, so we ended up not making it there until this past Monday...so I am only on day 2 of the diet.

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast: Berry Smoothie
Lunch: Fiesta Salad
Snack: Organic Vanilla Yogurt
Supper: Garlic Chicken Stir-fry
Snack: Organic Vanilla Yogurt

I did have this blog address on my "friends", I'm sorry - one of those days... Sometimes I wonder. I think my mind is very limited lately.

Anyway, your record of foods eaten today looks great! They're refreshingly light. I know you'll lose the goal weight. When these kinds of foods and variety are available, you hardly even miss the other junk food! Keep up the good planning. I believe meal planning is the biggest challenge - at least for me.
