Jan. 17, 2006 - Keep it up!

You're doing great, even with the granola bars! I'm sure your diet is much better than before the new year. Keep it up and you'll see the rewards soon.

For me, the toughest challenge is waiting to see some results, but you're really sailing. I can't wait to hear your reports of better health and pounds shed. I'm even encouraged when I've lost ounces! How much more pounds...

I think Thursday I'll do a little switcharoo, I'll have lemon pepper chicken with garlic green beans and of course top it off with a mocha sundae-LOL!

I think I told a hundred people this, but a GREAT thing for weightloss and a whole lot of other things is: 2tsp Bragg's Raw Apple Cider Vinegar, 2tsp raw honey, 8oz water, mix together and drink,

I am afraid I will have to borrow some of it. Once upon a time, long long ago I posted my menus too. I think I did it twice and then stopped....lol. You may have just given me inspiration again. Love your blog name! Sue

I love both of your sites -- so pretty and uplifting! =) I may start on the Maker's soon, so it's good to puruse through here and see what it's all about. Hubby wants to do a cleanse and I want to get healthier, kick my chocolate habit (anyone else have one of those), and see if it will help reduce some of the headaches & TMJ I have. Blessings to you!
