Well, your take on my introduction is certainly different than my take on it. My authoress actually just did the scene that way for her own amusement *glares at authoress* so I never know what readers are going to think.
Melissa is...well...how she is doing depends on what part of the story you are reading, but she's doing well most of the time, so I'll go with that. Ahem. Melissa is doing quite well - spry as ever.
It's so confusing being a character. I never know whether I'm 13, 15 or 17 years old...or dead! *shakes head to clear cobwebs* My authoress is preparing to hit me on the head with a book and dump me out of the computer chair, so I must say farewell.
