1. How long ago did you start blogging and why did you start?

I started blogging around the end of July this year.  Some other friends had commented about it and I found it to be fun and a great way to meet people!

2. How did you come up with your username/URL address?

I had come up with the name MarineMama a little while back as a Message Board name.  My DH is a Marine and I'm the Mama so I just put the two together. =)

3. What do you enjoy most about blogging?

Sharing our life with others! =)

4. What makes one blog stand out to you from all the others?

Graphics and color mostly.  If a blog is dark in color I tend to pass over it, but if it is bright and cheery I stay around to read!

5. On an average how long does it take you to write a post for your blog?

On average about 20mins, sometimes less, sometimes more.

6. What has changed in your life since you started blogging?

I have met more Sisters in Christ, learned somethings about homeschooling and homemaking and found a way that I can share the Love of Christ with others!

7. Does your family support you (if so how) or do they think you're a blog addict?

Yes, My DH loves that I have found away to share Christ with others, meet other Christian Homeschooling Mama's and "talk" with other women. =)

8. Have you ever gotten a negative comment?  If so, how did you deal with it?

Not really a negative comment, but one that I did not appriciate what they had written in their blog and left that link on my blog.  So I deleted their comment and I made a post explaining what had happened and how our family felt about what this person had blogged about, also that posts like that would not be something that we accepted.  I didn't want anyone who might have gone to the link before I caught it to think we believed the way this person did.

9.How often do you check your blog for new comments?

I check any time I come on to blog, but here lately with moving in it has been every few days if I wasn't blogging.

10. Do you have a blogging tip you can share?

Do you blog in the morning or night?

I blog mostly during the night lately, but hope to get my schedule fixed here soon so I will do more morning blogging!
