Well I have a few moments. This is our off day around here. We had MOM with MOPS this morning. That's MOPS on the Move (MOM) with Mother of PreschoolerS (MOPS). We did a mini field trip and lunch in the park. The kids got to play in the park for an hour, some had lunch and then we went across the street for a tour of the Old Fashion Ice Cream Palor and made Ice Cream Sundaes. It was really fun! Little Monkey enjoyed learning about how to work in an Ice Cream Shoppe and had even MORE fun making his own sundae and eatting it! Princess JoJo slept in her sling most of the time. At the end see awakened to give everyone a smile. Of course I forgot my camera, so no pictures. I was so mad at my self, but at least I have the memories in my heart!
The past week or so has been so crazy! Last week was filled with being out of the house. Monday we had Princess JoJo's 4mn apt, where we found out she has bronciolitis and is on a nebulizer. Tuesday we actually stayed home and got to have a normal day at our house. Just to turn around and have to take a friend to the hospital for her surgery o Wednesday and then keep her 2 kids all day. Of course we were at home, but we had to do other things beside our scheduled day. Thursday was a later Drs apt than I like, plus I had errands to run, so we spent pretty much all day out of the house. Princess JoJo gad her check-up apt where we found out she has a double ear infection the Dr forgot to tell me about on Mon and she has to stay on the nebulizer. We go back in 2 weeks. Friday Little Monkey had his follow-up ENT apt. His ears look good, but his sinusis are infected, so the Dr decided to schedule an adnoidectomy. So I set that up for October after Princess JoJo has her check-up. When I got home they called to tell me they couldn't do his surgery at the surgery center because of his latex allergy, he has to go to the big hopital, so that pushed up the date. That night Our Marine came home from NC for the weekend. It was nice to see him, Princess JoJo was REALLY excited, but it does tend to make chaos when he has to leave again. So yesterday and today were the closest we got to normal scheduled days. Now if I could get Princess JoJo to feel better, stop crying and sleep all night like usual I would be one happy mama, but as of right now the continuous crying that nothing makes better is a little frustrating, so I sit and cry and pray with her!
Hope everyone is having a Jesus filled week!
