you know what they say...A's stand for 'Almost perfect'. so don't think too highly of yourself yet.

p.s. i tried hooking up andrew's old computer to our monitor, and, it worked, but, now i need a mouse and a keyboard.

Essay number two gets its final edits from me before I send it on to the teacher ;)

Also I seem to forget how fast time flies by :( I already have midterms in History on the 11th :( Bah at least we have a study guide, so it shouldn't be that bad :P

Well that's good. I just took a chemistry test last night and I had a couple questions that stumped me, and I had to try and make an educated (or, as the case may be, uneducated :P ) guess. Bleh.

I am so crazy busy with schoolwork, it's not even funny. I was still doing school at 11:30 last night! Whatevah. My parents give me no sympathy.

My grandparents are here from PA this week. They don't give me any sympathy either.

Alright, guess what we did last night? We had an impromptu dance here - with only me, Alexandra, Abigail, and Emma. Abigail and Emma soon quit however, and it was rather exhausting for me and Alexandra to be everyone at once, lol. But it was so fun! We never stopped moving since we had to be everyone, but we managed to perfect it so that it was smooth and flawless. *grins*

The Virginia Reel was especially fun. ;)

We did it to entertain our grandma (since our grandparents are visiting from PA this week). She said she was highly entertained. :P

I suppose it did look quite amusing......

*sigh* and the only dancing we do here is at the harvest party at the whalen's on Halloween :( At least we have a nice crowed so those big group dances are loads of fun :D

What!?!?! expecting school sympathy from parents?!?!?!?! Ok that was over dramatic, but I'd agree, my parents didn't give me much sympathy either. They just told me it builds character and makes me a more rounded person.

"Builds character"...... reminds me of Calvin and Hobbes, lol. That's what Calvin's dad is always telling him. :P

I try posting, but I get sidetracked so easily. When I get on my computer. I multi-task between my English papers, History debates, and general websites on my "fun list". When I'm not on the computer I'm sleeping, working, or at the college campus.

AH!!!! My life is being taken over by stuffs (yes "stuffs" not "stuff"...there is sometimes that kid language comes into play ;) )

from what I hear it only gets worse and more time consuming o.0 Whatever am I going to do!?!?!?!

I need some human interaction lol. It's a community college so it's hard to make friends to go do things with when they live in the scattered cities around the campus. Also the friends at work already have pre-defined social lives, so asking to do stuff with them makes me feel like a 3rd wheel :(

Wish me luck! I'm starting to think my internet friends are the only "real" friend to friend interaction I get :P

Just going to a movie with someone(s) would be great :D

Is your church sending a vanload to the rally? You should hitch a ride! They are trying to really NOT limit ages as much as possible. I'm sure we could convince them to overlook you. =)

I wish I could. I'm not good at making excuses (guess that's a good thing :P)

The fact of the matter is A)I work Friday and Saturday night closing (yes it's possible" to get it off, but not likely)

Also as if work wasn't enough for me that is finals week :( In addition registration for the winter quarter starts that weekend, so that makes scheduling even more hectic.

It seems circumstances are just trying to tell me it is a lost cause :(

Like I said I'd love to go (no joke or excuse), but well...life won't pause for me sadly.

Well, my head hurts, and is starting to get fuzzy, so I better go before I start getting random. (think "I'm happy!!!!!" from camp, lol. ;)

Well, seeing as how we have not had a funny slightly exaggerated story in a LONG time, I have taken it upon myself to inform you of a certain something that is happening to our family right now. *bows*

It all started yesterday morning..... our parents informed us that some men were coming to replace the windows in the attic. Ha! Nice cover-up. They started out by coming to the door and asking if they could park their trailer in our driveway - OVERNIGHT! Dad said that would be fine, but all the rest of us thought it very rude for Mr. Construction Man to just invite his buddies over for a sleepover, in his own private trailer, in OUR driveway! But that was just the beginning. Soon they were going out to get wood for a fire to roast marshmallows in OUR fireplace! Then they tried to steal OUR playset! (mom said they were only moving it to back their truck next to the window they were working on. Riiiiiiight.) Next they had the presumption to start throwing things down on the mailman! Bits of wood, shingles, anything they could get their hands on. Needless to say, we didn't get any mail yesterday. Then they started stomping around, carving their names on the walls, dancing the Virginia Reel, and drawing on the windows!

Then came late afternoon..... and we thought we were safe. But no! They turned on their low-frequency brain-fryers! Alexandra and I got the worst of it, I think, since our room was right below their secret weapon. Really though, frying someone's brain during their naptime? How low can you get?!?!

Finally, they left for the day. Went to their luxury trailer to party, I suppose. We enjoyed the peace and quiet..... but then we realized that they were coming back tomorrow!

Today, when they got here, they started their list of atrocities by inviting one of their little buddies along! The three of them just traipsed through the living room, right in the middle of our family devotions, and happily greeted us with many a hello and good morning. The nerve!

They promptly followed that up by stealing all our cute little hobbit-windows in the attic. Next thing you know they'll be making off with our hobbit front door too! As the one guy carried one of the windows out through the front door (right under our noses, may I say. How presumptuous!) It sounded like he said "We'll get a ton of cash for this one." O_O

Currently they're booby trapping all of our doors so we can't get out. Their trailer's blocking the front door, ladders are blocking the side doors, and a bunch of wires and cords are blocking the back door. AAAHHHHH!!!!! THEY'VE STARTED THE LOW-FREQUENCY BRAIN-FRYING AGAIN!!!!!! THERE'S NO ESCAPE!!!!!!!!

.........*silence*.........

it's funny. whenever we drive by dayton ohio when we're going to or coming from pennsylvania, we see the 'dayton' sign approaching. we're always like, "daddy! stop by! we want to see luke!" and he's like, "ha ha. very funny." and then he drives right by the sign, going the other way. *sighs* at least we'll wave!

I go to SCC (Sinclair Community College) and half almost finished my first quarter :) All I have left is my math final on Tuesday morning and I'm home free till January 1st.

Already signed up for my next quarter! Taking 5 classes (4 and a lab), which gives me 15 credit hours for my 2nd go around :)

I'll update it more after the break starts midway next week :D

Ok, I get it now.

Man, I wish we got a nice long break like that! I think last year we got just Thanksgiving day and Christmas day off - not even New Year's! Course, that was because we'd already taken a lot of little breaks during the year.

I don't know how much of a break we'll be getting this year.

my parents *finally* took me out for my birthday dinner last night. and the waiter looked EXACTLY like david a! and then he leaned all the way across the table (to get the menus. very rude of him) and he *smelled* exactly like andrew w! (it was a nice smell. not a bad smell.) but when i told my parents they just laughed a lot and a lot. i tried to defend myself by saying that i always smell people. at that daddy chocked on his drink and sputtered it all over the place and mama laughed so hard and said, "so does daisy!" i don't see what's so funny. madeline stares at people's eyes. i smell them. what's so odd?
