It was another night of weird dreams and waking up. i have not been sleeping too well, I have been feeling rested, but  the strange dreams have not been fun.

Anyhow, I figured it was time to post my menu as I have been winging it this week and it did not go so well! I made a pot of sauce yesterday, so I have that made and I got an eggplant at the produce place, I have to make salsa as I have tomatoes that were given to me that I have to use up. 

Wednesday: Pizza, salad
Thursday: Taco salad
Friday: Gone for dinner-to moms- bring cereal, meat
Saturday: Gone for dinner-to moms- cereal, chicken
Sunday:  Tacos, salsa
Monday: Eggplant parmasan, spaghetti
Tuesday: Sloppy joes, carrot sticks
