Martha Stewart As School?
Last fall I was hooked on watching Martha Stewart every day. Last November she did "20 Things Everyone Should Know" each day. Now, some of the things did not apply, but for the ones that did, I had my kids watch! Well, when I was out of town last week I caught an episode of her show and saw that she is doing the same thing again this November! 20 more things everyone should know! So, today we turned on Martha and watched her teach us the right way to clean a window.
Today on her show, she also featured a list from her new book, Martha Stewart's Homekeeping Handbook, "Six Things To Do Each Day." I thought I would share them here, as I was so excited that I actually do these things every day!
1) Make your bed
2) Manage clutter
3) Sort the mail
4) Clean as you cook
5) Wipe up spills immediately
6) Sweep the kitchen floor
I am going to put her new book on my Christmas list! Last year I got her baking handbook for Christmas... I must confess, I do love Martha Stewart. She inspires me and makes me appreciate the importance of my role as a "homekeeper."

on a rainy day in FL and I came across your blog. What a beautiful place.
I have to admit, I'm not a Martha Stewart fan, though I love her ideas and tips, I don't watch her very often. But I do love crafty type things and ways of making life easier. I recently been getting back into sewing.. if you call it that and have dreams of a very crafty Christmas holiday..but we'll see how that goes.
Hope to come back again another time soon. I'd love to add you to my friends list if you don't mind..
Have a beautiful Christ filled day.
