Jane Austen Dude

You scored as Knightley. Your husband/boyfriend is most like Mr. Knightley of Emma!  He probably gives you kind lectures to help you in certain matters, though he does these out of true devotion and in your best interests.  Others look to him for his wisdom and good sense.  He is generous and steadfast, though not afraid to politely argue with you.  The two of you enjoy a challenging, sweet partnership and are most likely very active in your community.

Who is Your Jane Austen Boyfriend/Husband?
created with QuizFarm.com

This was a quiz I found at By Sun And Candlelight that I did on whim.  I don't claim to be a huge Jane Austen fan, but I was amazed at how accurately the quiz results did describe my husband and our relationship.  So, I just thought I would share this little tidbit, for what it's worth.

May. 14, 2007 - Wrong guy

I can't resist a Jane Austen anything! However, I most definitely didn't marry Colonel Brandon like this quiz says I did. My husband has the dependable, caring qualities of Colonel Brandon, but he is much more outgoing and funny than Colonel Brandon. Our relationship is definitely Knightley and Emma. He has a little Darcy in him from time to time when he's feeling aloof and quiet and he has Wickham's "happy manners" and charm (though not his deceit). But I'm sticking to my guns that we're Knightley and Emma.

Chad turned out to be a Mr. Darcy! When I told him, he sort of gave me the 'huh' look! Truth be told, he always opts out when the girls and I watch P&P. We had to explain who Mr. Darcy/Colin Firth was. I don't think he was impressed...but E/E and I were! LOL And actually I think it was pretty accurate description.
That was fun!
