Let's do this as a personal letter, from me to you...whoever you are or wish to be!
Did you think I fell off the face of the earth? I didn't, but it felt like it! And it sure looks like I did, having not blogged for over a week, doesn't it? WOW. Things have been crazy busy around work, and wouldn't you know, Bekah and I are now both fighting head colds too. Ugh.
For those of you who are aspiring writers, I really do plan to post some info about tag lines and more soon. That will be Wednesday at the latest, since I want the lovely ladies in the PR Seminar here at TOS to benefit from them as well.
Our phenomenal webmaster Mark (aka Aslan) has been kind enough to say he'd help me do something to my truck photos for my avatar, so hopefully with his skill and my willingness to delegate (hahaha) that funky shadow man will be gone from my avatar box soon.
"Bekah, Bekah, quite contrary, how does your garden grow?" Well, we've harvested one more grape tomato, the eggplant is putting out flowers to turn into, well, eggplants, the pepper has more tiny peppers growing, the strawberries need to be checked, and the spaghetti squash is going nuts...vining down out of the container and blossoms everywhere. The zuchinni are setting blossoms as well, although one is doing better than the other. The snap pea plants are a couple of inches tall, as are the pole beans, which are beginning to curl tendrils around the corn, which is several feet high now. The grape tomato plant needs to be staked up better. And that's the lot. OH, the radishes...they went nuts, but I never thinned them so they are tiny little bite-sized roots. Perfect for just washing and throwing into a salad. I need to get out our rabbit book and see if it's safe to give her the green tops. They seem like they'd be a tasty treat for her.
Lastly, I've got some projects in development (both personal and TOS related). I don't want to say here what (don't want to jinx any of it LOL), but prayers are appreciated.
Love to all,
Mel
