Roadschooling Family Breaks 30,000 Miles in RV!

I spotted a press release from this family a few months back and found their plans exciting, but didn't have time to check out their site.  Today I received a Yahoo! Alert of another press release, which reminded me I wanted to see how their trip is going.

The Gregorich family has a wonderful concept here...I'd sure love to hit the road like this myself.  Let's see...sell the house...buy an RV...work on the road once the laptop is fixed.

Hmm, I'm liking this more and more!  Anybody wanna caravan across the USA with me?

Hi Melonie Murray,
I was checking my stats to our AwayWeGo website and saw the link from here so I just had to come and check you out.

Selling our home and RVing across the country has been one of the best decisions we've made. Our sons still have a regular curriculum they must complete from Alpha-Omega, but they also learn so much while on the road. We visit every state capital and a lot of historical places. When we visit National Parks we also try to complete the Junior Ranger programs so they learn about the different landscapes, enviroments, and animal life in the regions. And we're having fun as well! So I'll say to you and all of your readers, if you ever have the opportunity to do this, DON'T LET IT PASS! If you have any questions about roadschooling, feel free to visit our website at www.awaywego.us. You can ask your questions in the forums and I'll be happy to answer them.
Take Care,
Mark

I thought I had coined the word, but, lo, these many wanderers already there. I roadschooled my son for his junior year across the continent and just published an account of it. Check it out www.roadschoolingryan.com

What a year it was.
