You are SO good about menus! I used to do menus faithfully, but 3rd son's birth (3 years ago) and the chaos of life seemed to make menus too complicated and stress evoking. You inspire me. I REALLY need to get back to doing them. I even have all my entrees (color coded according to meat) on little squares of overhead transparency so that I can arrange and rearrange them and sticky them with glue dots to a laminated calendar. Ah, yes, once a long, long, long time ago, I was organized. :) I hope you and yours are doing well. Blessings, :)Michelle
