Last week we had an opportunity to learn a little about the 70's. As in 1970. Of course my dc were not born then.
We mixed glue and water and borax and water and green food coloring to produce green slime.
We made lava lamps with oil, water, red food coloring and an alkaseltzer tablet.  We (us older moms-relearned the Hustle), while the children learned the Hustle. It brought back great memories of roller skating days when I was in Jr. High.
