This was such a great field trip. Our Keepers group and families went to Parrot Mountain. We got to see many beautiful exotic birds. They also have beautiful gardens throughout the grounds.

We got to hold and feed the birds. In the bird nursery there were many birds that would let you pick them up and pet them.  I would rank this a 10 out of 10 on great places to go in the Smokey Mountain Area.

One of the Birds said "Praise the Lord, another said "Hello", another "goodbye", one did flips, one said       "treat" and nodded his head and another said goodbye. They had great personalities.
