I made Dd a poncho. It was really easy. Just using the knit stitch and fairly large wooden needles.
    

       
I Knitted 2 rectangles and whip stitched them together.
 Then crocheted on the fuzzy yarn to embellish the ends.

As you can see it is reversible, depending upon the colors you want to wear.
They yarn is incredibly soft too.

I have to admit I was pretty proud of it-mainly just because I actually made something.
 Now I am working on another poncho for DD and some legwarmers for me.
