Good Morning Homeschoolers and NSFSC Members!
I have been asked by the Royal Oak Hockey Association (ROHA) to invite you to participate in a skate-a-thon to raise funds to provide food and shelter to people who are homeless, hungry and in crisis. All proceeds from the skate-a-thon will be donated directly to The Salvation Army Eastern Michigan Division's Bed & Bread Club.

(Lexington Blvd. is located east of Crooks between 13 &14 Mile Roads,
across from Royal Oak High School)
Here's the scoop about participating in the skate-a-thon:
- Obtain an instruction sheet, pledge sheet, and collection envelope from Laurie Guidry.
- Collect a MINIMUM of one $5 pledge per skater (you're encouraged to collect as many pledges as possible, though!).
- Make all checks payable to The Salvation Army. Donations are tax deductible.
- Turn in your pledge form and donations the night of the event.
- Skate from 7pm-9pm.
- Enjoy a complimentary hot dog and beverage.
- Raise the most money as an individual skater and win a prize!
- Raise the most money as a registered group/association and win a prize!
