Brassica Salad
Posted in Healthy Living
After three days, my first tray of brassica sprouts looked just wonderful!
Brassica is a mix of red clover, radish, broccoli and alfafa seeds.
The brassica salad we have been enjoying the past two days.
Sprouts, spinach, cherry tomatoes and home-made croutons.
Yummy and refreshing!

Hi Miiko, So nice to meet you. Your salad looks too pretty to eat. lol And the sprouts remind me of Spring - what a nice gift! I've made homemade croutons before too - aren't they great? I like your nice sunny/happy blog. I will visit often.
Your new friend, Jane
PS - You don't look a day over 23 (lol).

Hi- What a joy to meet ladies that love the Lord! We have also done some sprouting-mung beans. We love the bean sprouts for our stir frying. I haven't sprouted grains yet. We do grind our grains and love to garden. Here we can grow 2 gardens a year! Our family of 5 all love the salads and veggies! Loretta
