I'm back again!

Hey Everyone!

Sorry I haven't updated in so long!

I am having my last ballet practice of the year tonight, my recital is on Saturday!  I can't believe the whole recital thing came so soon!!  It is so annoying that I won't be able to do ballet till Fall, though. During Summer I'm going to save up in order to be able to do it.  We have a really pretty dress for our recital, though.  It is soooo beautiful!

Who all is doing school throughout the summer?  I'm not really.  I mean, I'm going to do some, not a whole lot, though.

Well, that is about it for right now.  I will write back later!  (in a week or less!)  I promise you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, let me give you the link to my live journal.  Live journal is a thing sorta like homeschool blogger, pretty much the same thing except it isn't just for homeschoolers.  It has more security, too.   It's not like a xanga.  My site is:

http://godisenough4me.livejournal.com/

Well, talk to ya'all later!

I'm Alive!

Hey Guys...

I just wanted to let ya know why I haven't posted on here for so long...  I got a live journal now instead of a homeschool blog for more security reasons.  So like, if you guys were actaully interested in my life I could start writing on here again to give you an update, but only once a week.  So anyway, thought I'd tell ya.  I didn't totally disapear!

Thanks for being interested!

Told Ya I'd Write Later!

Okay, so I think youv'e heard everything there is to know about the concert last night, other than the fact that my awesome Dad took me and I am so thankful he is my Dad,  and I am still so sore from jumping, my throat is sore from screaming, and my ears are sore from the loud-ness.  But, so worth it, right?

We just got done with school a while ago,  and we had some flipping good ice cream, too!

Tomorrow I'm going to babysit my sibilings like, all day, and I am really excited about it, and I am really glad my parents are going to pay me.  :o) $$

Kutless ROCKS!!

OH MY GOODNESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That totally ROCKED!

Yes... I went to the Kutless concert last night! It was SO awesome! Kerra came with me... I think us two were the loudest people there! (Seriously.) But OMG I had SUCH a good time. I didn’t enjoy Stellar Kart at all, (Sorry Amber...lol) I’m sure I would have enjoyed Disciple if I knew their music better, Falling Up rocked, and Kutless was the BEST. And I flippin’ screamed my head off when Kutless got on stage. (I know... gasp.) There were a bunch of their songs where I really felt the Holy Spirit, and I really felt close to God. I love how they totally sing for God. It is so awesome.

I bought a poster for Falling Up to autograph, it is really big, I just can’t believe I forgot to bring my actual C.D.’s for everybody to sign! Kerra and I also stood in the llllooonnnggg line for Kutless to autograph our posters, I was so flipping starstruck! I was going to say something like, "I love how you guys really sing for God." or something like that, let me tell you, that was not going to happen! Lol! I was wearing my stupid surfer chick shirt, Jon said, "Where do you surf around here?" I was like, "I..... don...dd..don’t." Kerra laughed at me. (gasp)

So yea, I had a REALLY GREAT TIME! And I was so glad that Kerra was able to come with me.

I also saw the Youth Pastor from our old Church, I miss that place so much! It was nice to see him, though.

Well, I will write later after school, see if I have calmed down a bit. lol! Thanks for listening to my dramatic self. Oh yea... believe it or not.... this isn’t even my first concert! lol!

Ttyl!

It is 5:20-ish.

So I had a great time with Kerra today...

She rocks my head off! Speaking of which.. (idk how) She might be going to the Kutless concert with my Dad and I! (Which, would be AWESOME!!!) Oh my goodness, we laughed SO much today. It was great.

Dance was fun last night. I realized we only have 8 weeks to practice the recital dance, though!! (Aaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!) We are not that good, and we haven’t gotten very far into the song, so I’m kinda nervous. I’m sure we will do great, though. Just gotta practice.

Yesterday was Paris’ birthday.

(HAPPY BIRTHDAY PARIS!!!)

We didn’t do any school. We got ready for the party, cleaned and stuff, then Kainan and I went over to Kerra’s house during the actual party hours. Kerra got me an awesome "Best Friends" necklace.  It has blue beads on it, and a dolphin charm.  She thought of me while she was at the aquarium!  So, thanks again, Kerra!  Paris had a cooking party, it sounded like lotsa fun.

The concert is Thursday....!  (This Thursday!!!)

I’ve got tons of Madagascar scenes stuck in my head...

So how are YOU?? You are an awesome person you know. (Yes, I mean you!!)

Yesterday I spend 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. over at Sarah’s house, just hanging out with her and her family. I had a very good time with them. I thought it was very nice of Sarah’s mom to let me just, stay there all day!

I found awesome ballet books at the library.  They are called "The Ballet Companion", (I forget the name of the other one), and I got Ballet For Dummies.  I really want to own those underlined ones.

Today’s Church service was great. Pastor was talking about the mission trip he just got back from this week, it made me want to go on another missions trip SO BAD!! He went to Africa and everything...

I’m so excited! The Kutless concert is this Thursday!! >yay*ness!< I can’t wait! Okay, I can, cause I have other totally awesome stuff going on between then and now. Ballet Practice, Kerra and Sarah. (Can’t get better!)

After Church today Dad took us to a Chinese restraunt as a special treat for Paris, since her birthday is tomorrow. Cool, huh? Omg I forgot how much I liked Chinese food! It was gooooddd!!

Okay, so Abyni is bugging me to get off so that she can get on PBS kids. Better run!

What's up people?  I'm having a great day today (duh, it's Saturday!)  I'm going over to Sarah's tonight so I am really looking forward to that, and, I finally made my blog template like-able!  lol!  Do you guys like it or do you think it's tacky?  Cause at first I thought it was tacky, but then I loved it.  Omg.

Well, I think my Mom is going to switch me over to Live Journal soon for more security-ish things.

But probably not today.  I will warn you first! Lol!

I like to move it move it...

Today rocked.  Kerra came over, but Sarah and her family did not.  (sob.)  No, I had fun with Kerra, though.  We watched parts off of Madagascar (I know, like, a children's movie...lol) together after art class and we were hilarious!

I'm organizing my room like mad.  It will be cleaner than a sanatized bathroom by the end of the month, I think!  Crazyness!

So far no one has signed up for Happy*Ness.  Kinda annoying.  Oh well.  Somebody will sign up, though I'm sure.

Well peoples, I like to move it move it, I like to move it move it...

(Lol Kerra!)

Later, guys!

Have a great day!

I love new clothes!

Heloow!

So... how is everybody? I’m great. I am perfectly happy all except for the fact that I don’t have any ballet practice tonight due to spring break. Does anybody else get Spring Break? I don’t. But that’s okay. I’ll just get cmurt. Lol! I am so glad that tomorrow is Tuesday, and I’ll get to see my friends, and I will have such a great time with them, and I will show Kerra my story....

I am very happy, I babysat Saturday night and made 30 dollars! So... I went to Wal-Mart and got a cute peasant skirt, and there was a pair of pink jeans on sale for $5.00!!! (WoW!) I think that pair of jeans are the first pair of "new" jeans I’ve gotten since I was a baby! Seriously! I always get hand me downs, something from goodwill or Plato’s Closet, So I am being perfectly honest saying that. But it is so weird walking around in the new jeans. Lol! I also got some awesome black shoes, but they are way too big! So I’m gonna exchange them.

Its so rainy here....

Write back later, okay? (But not today)

Go Kerra, Go Kerra! OH YEA! Go Kerra!

Hello Fellows!

Guess what? Kerra went to Nationals this week with her Basketball team! She was so excited! I was really happy for her. I feel bad though, cause I was going to make her a good luck card, but I didn’t because I thought Nationals was this next week, not this past week! I know, what kind of best friend am I?

I have been practicing ballet like crazy. I’m going ask my parents if we can go to Lowe’s so that I can get a bar for my room for practicing ballet. (After all, I still have my $14.00 gift card that my Grandma Barb got me last November for my birthday! Does that prove how little we leave the house?)

I really want Kutless's new C.D!  (Quick change of subject, huh?)

Well, I’m sure that I will write again later, but right now I’m gonna go. So, ttyl!

Holy Bean-ness.

Gosh....

Sorry I haven’t written on here 4 ever! First, I got grounded for the whole week last week, because I lost some school papers, then my Dad still thought I was grounded when I really wasn’t, so I didn’t get any computer time during the weekend either, then I got so busy!

Current happenings:

I found out I am going to a concert to see Kutless on March 30th!

Kerra and Sarah are so much fun on Tuesdays. (Every other day I see them too.) This past Tuesday was cool. Jase hung out with us too. He is really fun to be around. For our writing class we are re-writing The Boy Who Cried Wolf.  For Art we are studying Renoir.

My Grandparents came to visit Tuesday afternoon and stayed until this morning. Grandma took me to Plato’s Closet yesterday and I sold them some clothes. I tried on like, 30 things and nothing fit. So, we went to Wal-Mart, and I got a couple tee shirts there. I love my grandparents!

Yesterday afternoon/evening was Noah’s birthday party and all of my siblings and I got to go. It was cool cause I got to hang out with Sarah. We went to the movie theater and I saw Fun with Dick and Jane.

Tuesday afternoon (yea, I’m really doing this in order, huh.) Kerra and I went to Wal-Mart and bought two different sets of flip-flops and swapped one of each pair so that we have matching shoes! (It looks pretty dorky when I’m not with Kerra, though. lol!)

Ballet practice has been so much fun! We have been practicing our recital dance a lot, which, by the way- the recital is going to be on June 3rd. I just love ballet! Our recital dress is going to be this brown thing, which I actually think is pretty cute, I just kinda wish we could have something more.... ballet-ish. Like tu-tu ish. IDK!

Speaking of which, Saturday I rode with my ballet teacher to OK City for a dance workshop and it was SO MUCH FUN! We learned an awesome dance, and I had such a good time.

Tuesday I got a really cute pink skirt for ballet at a garage sale. It is so cute.

I think I’m done for today, and, I won’t get myself grounded anymore!

Later,

Happy [HOT] March!

So I just can't believe it.  I just can't.  It is SO hot.  Like, major.  Lets see, wasn't it just last week when there was SNOW on the ground, now, it is 85 degrees!!  What in the set of jumping crocidiles is up with that!  Oh my gosh!  It is completely and totally insaneHELP!!!

Yesterday I had fun with Kerra.  Sarah too, Sarah left early, though.  We finished our degas pics, too. For writing class we had homework to do our story over again in a finished draft.  I did that today.  I will post it below.  I went roller skating in the road with Kerra's help.  I love my new roller skates.  (Well, not really new.  My dad got them 4 me @ a garage sale for my b-day.)

OMG it is so hot.

Hey, here is my (new version of a) story.  If you want to read my origanal, it is on one of my other posts below.  Btw, if you hate reading stupid stories, don't read this!

The Girl who didn’t Listen to the Educated Pickle - Who Wasn’t Really a Pickle

By Sprite Always

There once was a girl named Chloe Surtan. But no one actually called her that. Everyone called

her Platypus. Anyway, she really, really, really, really, really, really (really) liked Ritz Crackers.

She practically owned the Ritz company she had bought so many boxes of the circular things!

One day, she discovered a bunch of Ritz on a jar on her kitchen table. Very excited, Platypus

reached her hand into the jar, planning to pull out a bunch of scrumptious crackers,. But her hand

was so completely bulging with crackers, so she couldn’t get her hand out of the jar. (And to

think, she didn’t even think to save some for her brother, Yogi Pollen Chang-Chang Surtan.)

She really hoped to eat the crackers, so she stubbornly refused to let go of the handful. She’s

pretty selfish for not being a fish. And she doesn’t even climb up hills and get bananas or

strawberries!

After an hour went past, and the dingy girl had still not gotten to eat the crackers, she got

extremely distressed and started to sob. Her Mother heard her, and came into the kitchen. When

she perceived the silly task of her daughter, she explained, "Stupid daughter of mine, just be

satisfied with fewer crackers. Then you will not be so dramatically disturbed." But Platypus did

not listen the her smart, educated pickle of a mother, and sat by the jar of crackers for the rest of

her life.

The End.

Afterward

Well, Platypus (or Chloe) lived a pretty flipping long life for not having anything to eat or drink. She lived to be one hundred and thirteen years old, sobbing all the way. What a great life!

Mrs. Surtan couldn’t ever sell the house, because nobody wanted to live with a sobbing Ritz freak, and Platypus refused to leave.

Yogi Pollen Chang-Chang found a wonderful wife. He never could remember her name, though. He met her at the University For Dummies, and he found it extremely romantic how she would go around saying "ribbit."

Tired*ness!

Wow, yea I am so tired. Let me tell you about my weekend...

So Friday was Spencer’s birthday party. My Mom and I went and picked up Kerra and Sarah, and then I went to Mardel to get him a present. I got him the Wow Hits 2006 C.D. His surprise party was at Incredible Pizza and it was so much fun! Except he was really mad that he had gotten a surprise party. But Kerra, Sarah and I had lots of fun together. We did the photo thing, where you get a strip of 4 pics afterwards. They turned out great! They are hilarious. We also did miniature golf (if that is what you would call it. We were really just swinging balls goofily.) And then, my favorite, we did bumper cars. It was awesome. I was just thinking, "Oh, what the heck, bumper cars, wahoo." And I was just all silly about it. But It was FUN! Then we were gonna do go carts, but we had to go.

Sarah spent the night that night, and we stayed up very, very late. (I don’t think it is possible to go to bed early when Sarah is over.) But it was so much fun. We got kinda bored later in the evening, so we decided to go to bed, and then of course we got all hyper. Then we woke up and came downstairs in our pjs and I forgot Mom was gonna have a ton of friends over that morning. "Hi!"

Then, I was asleep Saturday afternoon when Mom came and woke me up to tell me that Patty V. was at our house! I have missed her so much. She was the children’s director at Destiny Church, and then she moved to C.A. And I cried all the time cause I was so upset about her leaving. So it was so nice seeing her, I was just so tired.

Then I babysat last night. So I have had a tiring weekend, Church this morning, and shopping later. Plus, I got horrible sleep all last week, I’m going to be so wiped out!

Wow, I had lots to talk about today (Ya think?)

Type ya later

Question of the day:

Do you think my story was~

A. Totally stupid and so not worth reading or even thinking about.

B. So awesome, something I would want to print off and post on my bedroom wall.

C. Funny and Happy, something that I enjoyed reading even though it was pretty stupid.

Guess what everybody?

We got free movie tickets to see Charlie and the Chocoalate (play) this 2morrow!  I can't wait.  I made a friend named Steven when we were doing the Wizard Of Oz play last Summer, I hope he is doing this play so I could see him again.  That would be awesome.  He is really fun.

They have the strangest band names now.... Stellar Kart... Skillet... Thousand Foot Krutch...

I'm so gonna type up my story from yesterday.  It's going to be very useful for your life.

I will get in a minute.

Oh my word I found one of my favorite songs ever!  It is Skillet's song, "Open Wounds".  I LOVE it!  It is definitly on my list of top 20 best songs, maybe even top 10!   And... It is only the 2nd song of Skillet's that I've heard!  So, there are probably a lot more that good that I'm just waiting to hear!

I had a good idea today.  I am going to do a tutoring day one Wed. for Preschoolers.  I hope it works out and everything.  That would be awesome!

I'll post my story later.

Till then, bye!

Another Dramaticly Disturbed [actually not] Day

My day:

I laid in bed almost awake. Which is very surprising, since I usually have to get dragged out of bed. My alarm went off, I fell back asleep. Well, idk if it would be "asleep" but I was almost asleep.

So I came downstairs and Mom was wondering why I was up at 7:50. She always woke me up at 8. I was confused. So then she explained to me that she was going to let all of us sleep in today since we stayed up so late watching "Ocean’s Eleven" last night. Joy, I could have slept in. When I finally remembered to set my alarm clock. lol!

So I stayed home with Abyni while Mom went running errands this morning, Abyni was feeling kinda icky. So I got my room all clean and pretty, and made my bed differently.

Then I did my job, went up to my room, and a while later, Kerra, Sarah and their families were here! So awesome. We had such a good time today, and with Art, we are doing Degas, and my picture that I am doing is turning out SO amazingly fantastic! We also did writing class, and that seems to be cool enough. I wrote such a good story today! Lol, it is really dumb. It is kinda funny, though.

So Sarah said that she might come over tonight while the boys have friends over for the homeschool game night thing my Mom is hosting here. But my Mom says she probably won’t be coming, cause Miss Shawna (Sarah’s Mom) probably won’t want to drive all the way back over here.

I got such an awesome C.D. today from the library. It is like those WoW c.d.’s, Rock version. It is awesome! I got the 2006 one as one of my free cds from sound and spirit.

Wow. Long post. I guess I will finish off with a question of the day: (NOTE: Please, if you read this question, comment me and tell me your answer.)

-What do you think the stupidest movie in the world is?-

Rules for this question:

You are limited to 3 answers,

You have to have seen the entire movie,

& You can’t say idk.

So make sure to do that.

I actually have lots to say...

So Saturday was really pretty boring.  Sunday got that way, too.  I wasn't in a cleaning mood, either.  Sure been in a movie mood, though!  Saturday night I watched a horror movie, and last night I watched Raise Your Voice.  Everyone says I'm not the "outside" type, but being stuck inside sure hasn't done it for me.  I am NEVER bored.  Yesterday and Saturday, I think I was.  (Yea, that made sense.)

But today, I had an idea.  A good idea.  At least I think so anyway.  After finding out that I wouldn't be having ballet practice tonight, (another 10 bucks wasted, another whole week of having to go w/out ballet...Urrg.)  I decided (don't ask me why not having ballet practice would give me this idea.) to crimp my siblings' hair.  Yep. I even crimped Kainan's hair!  (He just says it's gotta be out by tomorrow.  Oh, I can't wait to see Kerra and Sarah!)  Oh, plus, I gave him non-permanant red [like- ketchup red] hilights.  Don't tell him its not a normal thing to do.  Please.  Lol!

So yes, hopefully I will get in an extreme cleaning mood because my room is a disaster.  My room hasn't been in this much of a mess since last time!  I mean, since we moved here!  It is crazy!

Oh, I found another band I like. They are called Skillet. (www.skillet.com) Oh yea, speaking of bands, yesterday I found a C.D. and I loved it!  But it didn't have a name on the C.d. cover, and I don't have the case.  So Mom and I spent like, an hour trying to figure out who the heck it was on the internet.  I think we finally figured out that it is Sixpence None the Richer, but I'm not sure.  It was REALLY annoying.

So, after I crimped Kainan's hair, we played basketball in the house.  Upstairs in the hallway. It hurt!  I got jabbed, kicked, wammed into my own bedroom door and so on.  I probably have 56 bruises!  (going a little far there..)  But I got so sweaty and hot, that after about 10-15 minutes I actually went outside [where there is snow] with my tanktop and jeans on [no shoes] and stood in a pile of snow. Aaahh. It actually felt great! And then, of course, that is when Kaylee came by, then Mason, both asking me if I knew that it was cold outside.

I guess I will sign off. I know that there is something else I was gonna write about, but I don't remember.

Buh-bye!

*coldness*

Oh my GOSH! I woke up this morning and our yard is covered in....

SNOW!!!!

I cannot beileve it! It was SO nice like, 2 days ago! Really warm, seriously! Now, snow! I hope it isn’t super cold all spring long. That would stink. Dang.

I am so happy! Yesterday I went onto http://www.bmgmusic.com and did their 12 C.D.’s for 1 thing! I am so excited, I can’t wait to get my CDs! I got 2 Kutless ones, the Narnia one, A Falling Up Cd, A Xworship one, Relient K’s newest, and another one!

Oh yea, Sarah didn’t sleepover last night, her Mom was sick. I’m praying for you, Miss Shawna!

Well, I have a lot more to say, but I have to go cook pancakes.

My Life Is So Great!

Tomorrow Sarah is sleeping over! -Coolness!- I just found out, so that is what I am most happy with at the immediate time being

So today has been fun. I babysat Aaron, he was really really good!

I also started making some things on Word Perfect. You know how you can buy all of those books that are like, memory books- you write about yourself, family and friends. Just everything having to do with your life, you know? Well anyway, I have always liked filling those books out, but -#1 they are expensive, #2 you can only fill them out once, #3 you have to pretty much fill out everything as soon as you start it, because you put the date in the front, so on and so forth. So today I made sheets like that on Word Perfect, there are all different categories, and there is a date on every page. So you can fill out each page like, as often as you want to. Plus, think about how much cheaper it is!

I started reading a book last night by Bill Myers called Eli.(http://www.covenantbookstore.com/elibybillmyers.html) It is really great.  That was really random, sort of, but I thought I'd share- right now

I am so glad tomorrow is Friday. Last day of school for a couple days, Sarah gets to sleepover, and then Monday and Tuesday are my fav. days of the week cause of Ballet on Mon. And friends on Tuesday. Yea, Fridays rock. Esp. this Friday. Sarah is so much fun. I mean, we don’t even really do that much when she is here, sometimes we do, but it is really fun either way. Some of my other friends are so boring to be around unless we are actually "doing" something. I just hope she doesn’t mind it!

I have got to go to bed. I’ll write by Saturday evening I’m sure!

Happy Day After Valentines Day!!

So.... how was everyone's Valentines Day?  Mine was great!  We did most of our school subjects... and then at 12:00 Sarah's family, Kerra's family, and Miss Pam's family came over.  (Everyone except the Dads.)  Kerra and Sarah stayed until four and we had a really good time.  We played tag football, and Knockout with Mason.

Dad got me flowers, and Mom got me chocolate.  :o)  And then this morning I got some flowers from my "Garner" Dad, and a bear.  I was not expecting anything!

So I had a great day, and today has been great, too.

Later!

These are funny.  I put a * by the ones that are so true when it comes to me and my family.

You Might Be a Homeschooler If....

*You come to school in your PJ's.
---------------
*Your biology lab consists of assisting in your sibling's birth.
---------------
*Your stacks of books to check out is taller than the librarian.
---------------
*Your PE comes from chasing siblings around.
---------------
Your school bus is a 9 passenger van.
---------------
You consider school work after lunch to be cruel and unusual punishment.
---------------
*(it's probably true!) Your father has ever told the check-out lady at Wal-mart, "We're on a field trip."
---------------
Your social life is viewed by some to be one rung lower than that of a Benedictine
monk.
---------------
Your teacher has ever written your report card on a napkin.
---------------
**You have to move dirty laundry off your desk before your can start school.
---------------
The signatures on your diploma all end with the same last name.
---------------
Everyone else in the world is referred to as "Non-homies."
---------------
Your Mother's wardrobe consists primarily of denim jumpers.
---------------
*Your first real date is on your honeymoon.
---------------
The word 'homework' sounds like an foreign language.
---------------
*Your yearbook is also your babybook.
---------------
*A snow day means that you shovel the driveway after you finish your school work.
---------------
*You enjoy the pastime of watching public school kids walk home from school.
---------------
*You have to look at the clock to see if you can call your public school friends yet.
---------------
*You think that public-school-kid is an insult of the highest degree.
---------------
*Health class consists of eating breakfast.
---------------
You have to decide what year you want to graduate.
---------------
You are always late but just call it "homeschooler time."
------------
*You can remember nearly every single day you went to public school.
-----------
*The teacher can kiss the principal, and no one thinks it's unusual.
-------------
**You get to school and the teacher asks you if you've done all your chores.
