For the past month or so, my friend Devan and I have been planning a Halloween Party...we switched from location to location and messed around with a ton of ideas...but we finally decided on a small group of awesome friends, and said we would have it at Devan's house, which proved to be a great idea!
  The day before the party, I woke up to my mother yelling at my friend Tayva (who had slept over the night before) and I to wake up, because we were going to Devan's house, and this person and that person were going to be there...
  I rolled over and asked Tayva if I had been dreaming or if we really had to get up. She reaffirmed the latter, and soon I was forcing myself to get up and get dressed.
  A little later, I was at Devan's house. We walked to the river, and later in the afternoon, we decorated for the party...spray painting cardboard gravestones and such while our friend Walker worked especially hard holding a bag of cheetos for us! :OD
  The next day, later in the afternoon, we went to Devan's house early to help finish up the last of the decorating, although all we really did during the time before the party was watch Devan's hair being done and hang up some glow-in-the-dark web stuff in the window.
  People soon started arriving and I had a ton of fun...we ate a TON, talked, laughed, freaked ourselves out in the dark room with a strobe light, and played Big Jiffy, which was loads of fun...
  The costumes were very interesting.
  I of course, went as a French Maid...my good friend Faith (yes, the one I wrote the essay about) dressed up as a girl from the twenties, and as usual, looked absolutely gorgeous...My sister Kaitlyn went as a girl from the eighties, Devan went as Willy Wonka, Tayva was a prom queen (and boy did she look the part!), Walker went as a soccer player, Justin went as a punk mix type thingy, Ms.Tina (Devan's mom) went as a witch, Mikaela went as a renaissance lady, and Dillon went as a skater.
  After most of the guests left, I sat out in the living room pestering Walker to do a funny impression thingy...ever have something NEVER fail to make you laugh? Like, you can watch someone do something OVER and OVER and OVER again, and it will still make you laugh like a crazy woman? :OD.
