Ran across this today and it sounded too good to pass up, so I thought I'd pass it on!
Just brown pork chops in a small amount of oil.
Pour a 21-oz can of apple pie filling with cinnamon into the bottom of a 9x13 pan. ( couldn't find it with cinnamon so I'll add my own.) Put pork chops atop the apples, then add enough prepared stuffing to feed your family on top of the chops. Cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 50 mins; uncover and continue baking for 10 more minutes. Simple, eh? Sounds fall-ish, too!
We've spent the day cleaning and I think everyone's just about done with that! The boys are just not appreciating the cleanliness as much as I am, LOL. I could do with a big fat nap. Going to spend the night with the quads again tonight, which is exciting!
