I'm taking a break from posting books(wow that's a big job!) to show you my kitchen. I recently washed and filled all my grain jars and took pictures for you!
Ooooh, I do think I have figured out what is in the jars closest to the far left wheat jar....I think that the bottom is quinoa and the top is brown rice.

The two biggest jars are your wheat.....the one on the left is hard white wheat, and the other is hard red wheat.
Third from left in smaller jars on bottom is millet, and above it I think is rye.
Second from left in smaller jars on bottom is kamut, and above it.....amaranth? Wheat farina?
Ok....the ones closest to the big wheat jar on the left, I have no clue! :) Can't wait to see the answer :)
Ok, onto the right.....first jar from the big on on the right on the bottom looks like popcorn, and above it, spelt?
Second from right on bottom....oat bran? And on top of that, cocoa powder?
Third from right on bottom.....wheat bran...and on top....sunflower seeds
Can't wait to see how many I got right or wrong :)
