2nd week of TOG

We started our second week of Tapestry by making mummy masks. Dh helped out on Sunday afternoon since he understood how to do it a little more than I did. It was quite a messy job but they came out neat. The girls did a great job of decorating them.

Our week was wild again due to the birth of new cousins and myself taking time to go see them. We did get everything done but one science lesson again so I think I need to move that off of Friday on the schedule.

The girls were a little more prepared for discussion this week but DD1 still needs to learn how to prepare and think about her answers beforehand.

You look like you have way too much fun at your house! Next time you are in the Tampa area let me know. I'd love to get together, and share a crazy cake. And thank you for stopping by my blog. We are having a lot of fun with geography this year. I can't get the kids to work on anything else!

I love the masks where did you find the instructions to do them? Is this part of the Tapestry of Grace curriculum? I have just posted some info on my site on where to visit the pyramids (online field trip) not sure if this will fit in with what you are doing.
My daughter now wants a mask too!!
