We started our 3rd unit continuing our look at the Old Testament. Solomon was our first focus. We looked at the Temple he built and compared it to the Tabernacle from Israel's wanderings. We also examined his divided heart and how this affected all of Israel. We also noted God's mercy in waiting until Solomon died to carry out His judgment. What a gracious and merciful Lord we worship!!The girls had different activities. The twins built a small version of the temple. A friend had given us a book with punch out parts to put together to make it.
