We finished up Unit 1 of Y2 in Tapestry. Our studies in the Middle Ages was interesting. We met knights fighting the crusades, feudalism and the corruption of the church authorities as part of the result, castles and wars over thrones. Vikings invaded and Joan of Arc saved France. As we leave the Middle Ages, we see God preparing hearts for the Reformation.We enjoyed a celebration of our time in the Middle Ages by enjoying a trip to Medieval Times in Orlando. It was a great time seeing some of the things we had studied played out before our eyes. Below are some pictures of our time there. Click on the album for more pictures.
