Taking a blogging break

My life is crazy right now! In addition to all the Christmas stuff like finishing wrapping gifts, I am flying out early Friday morning to D.c. with my mom for a quick weekend visit. The main reason we are going is to see the cover they put over my dad's urn in Arlington. We will be driving back with my youngest brother who left for there this morning to take care of some business. Then when we get back it will be Christmas eve with my dh's father's side of the family and then my MIL comes in town for a few days after Christmas. The weekend after is packed with C.A.R. and SS activities for the girls.

I need to do some school planning in the midst of all this so I can be prepared for a crazy January. I will be flying to San Diego with mom on the 18th. We will be helping my brother pack up his apt. and then seeing him off to Iraq. We will then be driving his truck back to store for him. I could be gone a week because we don't when he will actually be leaving. It will be sometime between the 20th and 23rd.

All of this to say, that I need to get some distractions out of my way for awhile. I may be gone through January depending on how it goes. I hope all that read this have a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and the Lord blesses you as we enter another year!!

And I think MY life is busy~ you've got alot of travelling mixed in there. I'll be thinking of you as you are absent from us, and praying that all goes well for you.

Have a safe trip up north. Hope it won't be to cold for you. DC was actually VERY close to where I used to live in MD. I miss living so close to so much history. But have a good time with your family.

I can certainly understand that. Life just gets really full sometimes, doesn't it? Try not to worry too much about school planning. Enjoy your girls this week. If they're on any of this adventure with you, they will be learning! Try to enjoy the time you're spending with your mom and other family, and hope you had a Merry stress free Christmas.
