Ingredients:
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small jar pimiento cheese
1 pkg. Monterey Jack Jalepeno Pepper cheese
2 Tb. Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Also mix in a separate bowl:
ground up a cup of nuts and mix with 1 to 2 teaspoons of chili powder and paprika
Instructions:
Mix with a mixer all softened cheese and add garlic and sauce. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours (or overnight)until hard. Shape into sixlogs or balls. Roll into mixture of nuts and spices.
Mmmm, that sounds yummy! We like cheese ball! Around here I make one that a friend gave me a recipe for and it couldn't be any simpler...
