This workout has no name. We got to workout outside. on the driveway. It was warm and sunny most of the time, but then sometimes the clouds would cover and it cooled off a touch, and the wind would come up.. Makes for a greater mental challenge with the "element" to deal with too.
10 Hang Squat Cleans w/50lbs
25 thrusters 20lbs
do as many reps as you can in 20 minutes
I accomplished 5 rounds
THEN for Bonus, Aaron had us to a Max Effort exercise. Deadlifting is just lifting the bar off the ground to a standing position. We started with 70 lbs and worked our way up to see what our maximum effort was.

175 X 1 Had our photo taken at 175lbs,

Aaron made us stop so we didn't get hurt - I might have been able to do 200.. we'll have to find out next time if I can! Robin says we sould aim for 150% of our body weight, so my goal should be 225lbs.
