Breathing ladder means you do the exercise, incrementally from 1 to 15 and then back down again, taking the same number of resting breaths between each rep. Today we did a breathing ladder with Kettle Bell swings, mine weighed 25 lbs
1 swing, 1 breath; 2 swings, 2 breaths; 3 swings, 3 breaths..... up to 15 and back down again. Looks easy, but my Latissimus dorsi muscles are really feeling the workout, as were my thighs while I was doing it.

Turn off your speakers if you're sensitive to rap music. I used this video clip because it really shows the exercise well, and shows pointers of what not to do.. I was doing some of that "bad" positioning. I'll have to fix it.
