My workout today consisted of 20 minutes on the elliptical - 270 calories, then 3 sets of 10 kettle bell swings with 30 lbs, 2 sets of 15 tricep dips, 2 sets of 15 squats, 3 sets of 20 situps.
I tracked my food intake too, and came in under 1200 calories, so I had a toffee Stuart gave me. I'm low on Calcium, Magnesium, potassium, and at my upper limit for sodium.
